Where do I begin. Let's say about 17,500 miles ago when I bought my new 2012 Black Jeep Wrangler (loaded) from John Ward of Papas Dodge. From the moment I went in John showed tremendous professionalism an I bought my new 2012 Black Jeep Wrangler (loaded) from John Ward of Papas Dodge. From the moment I went in John showed tremendous professionalism and hospitality. The tour of Papas Dodge, at my request, was thorough and impressive. (love the Diner!) I orderd my Jeep from the factory. It came in early than forcasted, which of course made me happy. Everything, I mean EVERYTHING I expected on the vehicle was there as orderd. John went so far as to rope off the vehicle as a gesture of "Hear it is!" I have been back for oil changes and John hasn't hesitated to come see me. His sense of humor, customer service skills, product knowledge and good nature makes him the best auto sales associate I have ever had the experience to meet. In addition, I met Zaneta through the purchasing process as well. She also impressed me big time. Not just the gorgeous blue eyes but her people and professional skills. They are great. John, thanks. When my wife and I arrived at our scheduled appointment with Gary, we were surprised to be greeted by Matt (Sales Manager). After introducing himself and making us feel comfortable, Matt sat with us and explained in detail exactly what to expect concerning pricing and making sure we understood the process totally. My wife and I thought this was above and beyond the duties of your everyday Sales Manager which in most cases is someone in a dark room that makes all the decisions but no one ever sees. Gary (Sales Associate), then eased us through the process of purchasing our new Jeep with absolutely no pressure and also made sure all of our questions were answered. We purchased our new Jeep that same day. When our new vehicle came in, Gary was there to go over in detail inside and out all of the new features of our 2012 Jeep. Thank you again Gary! Bill Reudgen (Sales Associate) also went out of his way to help get our cell phones connected with Uconnect.
