We had a very good experience at Papas. The delaership itself felt like a little quant town!! I have had my Jeep for 2 years and I love it.I come to you guys for all of the service needs and this was be far the worst ever. I was there for 1.5 hours for an oil change. Tom who checked me in left at you guys for all of the service needs and this was be far the worst ever. I was there for 1.5 hours for an oil change. I saw my keys get dropped off at Toms desk and everyone either walked by or looked at his area and I know they saw my keys sitting there. Someone, a girl, even answerded the phone at his desk. I finally went up to the counter at 2:15 and asked if my car was done. They all scrambled like little kids because they knew my car was done and didn't know what to say. More

The last time I purchased a new vehicle was in 1970, so this was really almost a new experience for me. Dan Arsenault was very helpful and showed me the options available in the Jeep Patriot that I had ch this was really almost a new experience for me. He negotiated a great price from his manager for a black eep that was on the lot and was totally understanding when I completely changed my mind (a woman's prerogative of course !!!). I ordered a Jeep in the color I preferred and he said it would take 6-8 weeks to come in. He also gave me an option to take one that was already ordered and would be in stock in 1-2 weeks. That one had an extra feature and would be slightly more than the one I had ordered. There was NO pressure to take the one that had a higher price tag - the decision was totally mine to make when that Jeep came in. I said in jest that the least he could do was have balloons when I picked up the Jeep, seeing as how this was the first new car I had purchased since 1970. I was just being facetious, but when I picked up the Jeep, he handed me a several huge balloons. Obviously he had made a note in the file. He had already made the sale, so the balloons were a fun way to celebrate my purchase. Great experience - Great salesman....... More
