My husband was in the market for a new Jeep Wrangler and heard about Papa's on some of the Jeep forums he reads so he decided we should check the dealership out online. The first thing he noticed was how amazing the prices were for the vehicles - even convincing me to look for myself! We reached out and Jeromy responded to my husband promptly, and quite professionally. He was responsive and always stuck to his word - when he said he was going to call, he did. We decided to take the hour and a half trip from RI to meet with Jeromy, and he was incredibly thorough and helpful. I ended up with a beautiful Jeep Liberty and my husband has plans to order a 2013 Wrangler from Jeromy in a couple months. GREAT DEALER! More

I was looking for a specific type of truck and using cars.com located a truck at Papas This was the best car buying experience I have had so far. I was looking for a specific type of truck and using cars.com located a truck at Papas that was a match. The price listed was a fair price if you go by Kelley Blue Book(it was actually less than the KBB suggested. When I went to the dealership to look at the vehicle, I was not swarmed on by a salesperson trying to make a sale. Jeromy Berman was the salesperson that I spoke with via the internet chat prior to going to the dealership. Jeromy was great throughout the process answering any questions I had and getting the answers I needed to know for my purchase decision. Jeromy also was looking out for my needs and interest because the two days after I looked at the first truck I saw, he e-mailed me to let me know that there was a new truck that was just traded in almost identical to the one I was looking at with about 40k less miles and two years remaining on the factory warranty as opposed to no warranty. The difference in price was only $2900. Jeromy was worried that if I saw the second truck when I went to pick up the first truck tha I would be upset so he gave me the heads up on it prior to it even hitting the website. Needless to say I went with the second truck which also had a cab on it which is great for my needs. With gas prices being $4 a gallon and expected to rise, I was worried that I would not get anything for my truck that I was trading in. I had a two other dealers look at it and only offer my $9500. The KBB trade in value for the fair condition was listed at ~12,500. The truck was in great shape and had only 69000 miles. I was pleasantly suprised with the trade in value given to me by Papa's Dodge. The worst part about the experience is that I live an hour and 15 minutes away. That will not stop me from returning to Papa's for my future car/truck purchases. Thanks Papa's Dodge!! More

Zaneta was a great salesman and very helpful. I love my new car and I am very pleased with the service.
