My journey began just looking to weigh my options as far as locking in a lower APR on my then current loan and or upgrading from my 2006 Chrysler 300 to something newer. I currently work for an organization that promotes their partnerships and affiliate programs to their employees for added benefits and discounts. Although I believed at this time, I would not be eligible for a brand new car; I knew the program existed and gathered my control number before going. My absolute Love for the Chrysler Brand brought me to nearby Gengras Chrysler Doge located in East Hartford. To make a very long story short, at Gengras Chrysler Dodge, I received exactly what I asked for in a car by the salesperson, and was approved for 2 loans. However, by the time the deal was finalized, I found myself being totally mishandled, blatantly disrespected, and admittedly ostracized. To sum it up, I pretty much received the WORST customer service, I have ever encountered, to date. Not even 24 hours later, I met William Reudgen (who I will ALSO now affectionately refer to as Bill Da Bear) and his team where my experience went from way Below Negative to Supreme Excellence. I had been up all night furious about what had transpired at Gengras and found a car online that could be compared to the car. I placed a call to see its availability. The first question I asked Bill was, if he was at all linked to Gengras, and he assured me No, they weren’t. I then told him I was on my way!! Bill then asked what my concerns were and I proceeded to tell him what I had been thru, and what I expected from this experience. He assured me that I would never be treated that way at Papas, although he also could not guarantee anything as far as funding. With reservation, my sister Tiffany and I went to Papas Dodge in New Britain, and upon arrival we were taken care of with the utmost Respect and Care. Before diving right into the numbers, Bill actually took the time to let me vent about my previous treatment, as well as, listened to what I wanted and why I was there. My first reason for even searching for a car was my Love for the Chrysler 300 in which I currently owned a 2006 model. Bill and I went over numbers and the scope of my future as well. Without me asking, Bill told me about the program with my job and Papas, which most car salesmen just Won’t Do! I verified that I was familiar with the program and even had my control number but didn’t expect to be approved for a brand new car. This is when Bill asked, if I’ve ever considered the Chrysler 200. I explained to him that I’d only become interested in the 200 until I realized I had the 300 series already but would still love to explore my options. After exploring the options on the 300, we began to explore the 200 series. I was truly pleased as everything I loved about the 300s was in the 200s... We compared just about everything and to my delight, I was just as happy with the 200 as I was with both 300’s I’ve owned. Bill and I discussed why this choice was the Best case scenario for me, as its more cost effective, in the sense that gas prices will be going up considerably, I would be receiving a Brand New 2012 as opposed to a used 300 series, how this would effect my credit score in the long run, and how I still have all the luxury and comfort ability as I’ve become accustomed to. After weighing my options, I agreed. Bill took my numbers and story to his team and they all began to work. Not only did Bill divulge the invoice price I was to receive with my jobs’ partnership & Papas’, he also found a rebate on the car that would put me right where I needed to be for approval. Less than 24 hours later, I received the call that was approved as the owner of a Brand New 2012, Chrysler 200, in which I am LOVING! Bill was Absolutely Right!!! This is the very best case scenario for me and my family right now, and I couldn’t have made those sound decisions had I not gone to Papas Dodge in New Britain. It is very safe to say that I will continue to do business @ Papa’s and refer each and every person I run across, to the best Car Sales Place in CT.... Papas’s Dodge!!! I took my mom to papa's to look at a new jeep grand cherokee. we took a test drive originally with Evan. While we were driving Evan was very friendly and very knowledgable about his product. we left be cherokee. we took a test drive originally with Evan. While we were driving Evan was very friendly and very knowledgable about his product. we left because my father wasnt there to make a final decision just yet.When we returned about a month later we asked for Evan again simply because he was fantastic to deal with. When my dad heard the numbers on the deal that just sealed it. Evan was more than accomodating and explained everything about the Jeep and the paperwork. I would send everybody to papas as everything was fantastic. Evan especially did a great job! in Summary, go to papas and ask for Evan if you want a great experience. Note* Evan contacted us a few times while we were waiting for my father and he was very friendly and not pressuring. More

Buying my new Jeep was the best car experience I have had - with Chrysler/Jeep - or any other dealer I've worked with. Dan was patient and friendly, taking my wife and I on test drives, explaining the featu - with Chrysler/Jeep - or any other dealer I've worked with. Dan was patient and friendly, taking my wife and I on test drives, explaining the features and options of each vehicle we asked about (Grand Cherokee, Durango and Liberty). He offered great information, advice and answered every question we had politely and intelligently. Once we had made our choice he passed our information to Finance and kept us informed throughout the process while making sure we were set up for a free lunch at the Diner (right inside the dealership!. My two doughters totally enjoyed exploring the entire dealership, watching TV on the big screen, and even playing with Diva Dog of the dealership - Claudia. Once we were approved and ready to take home our vehicle we met with Ed Koziol (the Finance guy) and again were very happy with our experince as we discussed options and completed paperwork. Ed explained some addtional options with no pressure or "oversellin" - just helpful explanations and another great experience. It was a fantastic buying experience from start to finish! Dan and Ed were a pleasure to work with, both personable and professional. I will definitely be telling my friends about my great buying experience at Papa's Dodge.
