I was lucky to work with Jeromy Berman who made the process so pain free it was actually a delightful experience. He honored every request and followed up on every detail. I highly recommend both Papa's and Jeromy. More

Bought a 2011 Ram 1500 off the lot and proceeded to change everything about it including swapping out the bumpers and repainting portions of the body. Through the two week process I worked with Papa's change everything about it including swapping out the bumpers and repainting portions of the body. Through the two week process I worked with Papa's sales, finance, parts, body shop and lunch counter. Everyone was superb (even if they thought I was insane) and the end product was stunning. I can't imagine there are many dealers in the country let alone CT that would have followed through like these guys. Thanks to John Ward and the entire team. More

This was never resolved and the salesperson is no longer with Papas. That aside,he also sold me a package that was supposed to cover me for free tire and battery replacement over the course of my owning this truck. I now find that in order to get these benefits, I am required to have the trck serviced by Papas, even though I have records of having it serviced regularly elsewhere. I would gladly have it serviced at Papas except I just paid 100.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. This is well over what the norm is in this area for this type service. Most service centers charge on average of 25.00 for an equivlent oil change, and throw in a free tire rotation. At this rate, the saving that I anticipated via the plan benefits are far out weighed by the cost of this service. I dod't mind paying a fair price but again as compared to other service centers in the area, this is far from fair. I though after being a GM customer for almost all my life, that I had found a new dealership I could work with but it appears that this is showing not to be the case. More
I had a scheduled 10:30 oil change which I arrived on time for. I waited at the counter for 5-8 minutes while one guy completed other work he was doing on his computer and the other one was helping a cli time for. I waited at the counter for 5-8 minutes while one guy completed other work he was doing on his computer and the other one was helping a client. I waited in their cozy waiting area for 1 and 1/2 hrs for a scheduled oil change!!!!!!! Not acceptable in my book. I will try a competitor next time as I brought in a coupon I received from another company and they did honor it but I didn't get any coupons from papa's even though they have serviced my car a few times. Well, the "New" Jeep experience at Papas did not go so well :( I realize that people make mistakes, but when a new car is delivered to a customer it should be done right the first time. My not go so well :( I realize that people make mistakes, but when a new car is delivered to a customer it should be done right the first time. My list of concerns and disappointments: 1) Jeep was not prepped properly and ready to go. I paid over $500 for the "Amazing" Simoniz service and the Jeep looked like a high school kid waxed it in his backyard and sprayed Scotchguard out of a can that he picked up at Walmart. The over spray from the can was not even wiped up! Dry wax all over the edges and on the black trim. . . Not a professional job! 2) Brand new jeep presented to customer with a "brand NEW ding" on driver's side passenger door and nobody "noticed" it till I walked up to the Jeep and saw it immediately. What the xxxx? 3) All paperwork was prepared with my wife's name misspelled. Had to sign documents twice! 4) I reviewed the Jeep Warranty book which came with my new 2011 Jeep Liberty and noted that on page 21 paragraph 4.2 Pre-Delivery Service that "A defect in or damage to the mechanical, electrical, sheet-metal, paint, trim, and other components of your vehicle may have occurred at the factory or while it was being shipped to the dealer. Such defects or damage is usually detected at the factory. In addition, dealers must inspect each vehicle before delivery. They repair any defects or damage BEFORE the vehicle is delivered to you." I asked for a battery change. I knew it was a dead battery. $260 charge to verify what I already knew and replace it.I could have went to AutoZone and done it myself for $130.
