Car had sudden misfunction and my wife was told to come right over. She did and the problem was diagnosed and fixed while she waited. Only concern is why the minivan would need new brakes at 10K miles. P right over. She did and the problem was diagnosed and fixed while she waited. I thought the site inventory wasnt up to date. I made a decent offer on a car that had been sitting on your lot for over 7 months. I was laughed at. The car was listed on your site having only 180001 miles decent offer on a car that had been sitting on your lot for over 7 months. I was laughed at. The car was listed on your site having only 180001 miles for a certain price however the car had 2000 more miles than listed when we arrived. I was at Papas a year ago looking to purchase a car and the manager wouldnt budge on the price again for another car that had been sitting on your lot for over 45days. Realistcally i only purchased the car from Papas for the price. My first choice in cars is still stitting on your lot. Had I gotten a higher price I would have certainly purchased elsewhere. I used Bolles in tha past for service and thought they were a much more pleasant group of people to work with. I would like to add that the salesman I worked with "Dan" and the finance manager "Angel" played a huge role in me buying the car from Papas. Again from past experience and working with David Corbin world encorage me to look elsewhere than Papas, which I did only for the price. Luckily Dan wanted to sell me a car this time and worked extremely hard to get us the price we felt was fair. More
I was amazed by how fast Angel Ramos was able to close. I was amazed by how fast Angel Ramos was able to close. His knowledge got us through the close without a hitch even though we ran into a problem of not having my old registration with us. People like that are to me priceless. I tried the air conditioner on Tuesday following the Friday I picked it up and the air conditioning failed to work----------------so much for the vehicle check list. I have an appointment tomorrow Thursday at 8:30 am and I hope they are able to fix the AC without having to order some exotic parts. Gary and Shirley Mahaffy More
My ABS pump motor failed in my Chrysler (almost crashed when this happened!) and it was under recall and qualified for lifetime repairs. The Service manager told me that the ABS system was repaired in 1998 when this happened!) and it was under recall and qualified for lifetime repairs. The Service manager told me that the ABS system was repaired in 1998 so I would have to pay for this repair, which he could not quote the labor, but the part was over $1300.00 plus any other repairs needed to the system. He suggested that I trade the car in for a new one. I explained to him that this part was under "lifetime warranty" according to the recall. He said that I was mistaken and the manufacturer was only required to fix it once. I took my car to Crowley in Bristol where the car was repaired at no charge. Either the service manager at Papa's was a crook or stupid, I am hoping just stupid. Either way I do not want someone like this touching my car. I suggest before having any work done on any car, check for recalls and call the manufacturer at the number listed on the recall for more information. A dishonest dealer could bill you and the manufacturer for the repair, or steal your trade in then fix it on the manufacturers dime. More

Alway up beat and happy to serve me with follow up calls. So on 3/1/20011 I bought the vehicle I have always wanted because of her it was an easy choice for me to buy from Papa s dodge. A++++++ More
Everything was ok until delivery. I left the dealership with a partial cleaned vehicle, missing both headsets for rear entertainment, and to top it off a 1/4 tank of gas. Papa's claims a full tank of gas with a partial cleaned vehicle, missing both headsets for rear entertainment, and to top it off a 1/4 tank of gas. Papa's claims a full tank of gas isn't a "dealership policy." You spend 46k on a new Jeep Cherokee and a full tank of gas isn't policy! WOW! every vehicle I've ever purchased has had a full tank of gas! I guess if $70 is going to break a dealership, then other buyers should shop elsewhere. I called both Gengras and Bolles Jeep in the area, and both confirmed their cars all leave the lot with a full tank! Thanks Papa's you're done selling cars to me! More
I recently purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler and I was extremely pleased by the experience at Papa's. To obtain the color and options I specifically wanted I had to order the Jeep and it arrived a week b extremely pleased by the experience at Papa's. I had a car that was going off lease with another dealership in December. I went to Papa's Dodge in August to look at my options for a new vehicle. I met Bill and he was very accommodating we looked dealership in December. I went to Papa's Dodge in August to look at my options for a new vehicle. I met Bill and he was very accommodating we looked at both new and used vehicles and took out several for test drives.I decided to wait until the lease was up before purching another vehicle. I came back in November and met will Bill again and we looked at the vehicle I wanted a Dodge Ram 1500, had all the options etc., I wanted and priced right. The complete process was painless from negotiating price and financing and doing all of the paper work etc. It was a pleasure doing business with Papa's Dodge. They are very upfront and above board with everything they do. No gimmicks or pressure to make a sale, I found that very refreshing. I would recommend anyone lookig to purchase or lease a vehicle to stop and visit Papa's Dodge. Thanks Bob Rinaldi More
I just purchased a fully loaded 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Papa's. I own four other vehicles including a corvette. I was totally satisfied with my buying experience. I'd done extensive resear Overland from Papa's. I own four other vehicles including a corvette. I was totally satisfied with my buying experience. I'd done extensive research on the vehicle before coming to Papas. The sales person was very knowledgeable regarding this new model and was able to tell me about all of the technical features. I ordered the vehicle custom and it came in well in advance of what I was promised. The sales person and the managers went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied. I was extremely impressed with their honesty and thoroughness. I was able to talk a friend of mine into purchasing the same vehicle (different color) at the same time. I love the vehicle and I'm very satisfied overall with the experience. More
I bought a used 2006 SUV from them and what a mistake I made. Our salesman was clueless and the service center was filled with jerks. Read on... When we purchased the vehicle we had to wait 2-3 hours f made. Our salesman was clueless and the service center was filled with jerks. Read on... When we purchased the vehicle we had to wait 2-3 hours for it to get "detailed" and a safety check, well we waited that long and nothing got done. The brakes made the most horrific high pitched noise when they were applied. Stains all over the seat and the third row seating wasn't even lifted up and vacuumed out!! The oil was overdue for a change according to the mileage. The rear wiper needed to be replaced. They didn't honor anything!! I brought it to my mechanic and he said both the brakes and the oil needed changing. My wife brings the print out, with her, the service center supervisor got nasty with her and told her the car is fine. On top of all this, the rear bumper was replaced due to damage but it wasn't on the CARFAX or AutoCheck. I am so disappointed that my first big car purchase was my experience at this place. After speaking with a friend in the business, this isn't the first complaint he's heard of them. I will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE. I will be happy to bring my business else where for a new Jeep in the coming months. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE! **UPDATE 06/14/2010** My wife brings the car to get the oil changed at Papas because they said they would change it for her. Well, the only thing they changed was the sticker on the window! A bold statement sure, but plenty of evidence! You see the window sticker says Aug 12, 2010 or 36,500 miles. Well, the odometer reads 35,637 and the light has been on for 1 week (about 100 miles since the light turned on). I brought the vehicle to my mechanic, and there are no leaks, nothing. They never changed the oil. The original sticker read in the 33,000's so that means the last oil change was over 5,000 miles ago. I understand newer vehicles can go 3-5,000 but that's not the point. The point is these people are liars and thieves. They told my wife they didn't have a "warm, and fuzzy feeling about (her) anymore" because they read my original review I posted on May 12, 2010 (on google.com). The review came after MULTIPLE attempts to have them rectify this situation. I am filing a claim against them with the BBB, I will share my experience with others via edmunds.com, cars.com and anywhere else I can. I SERIOUSLY doubt all those reviews were of actual customers. I wouldnt be surprised to find out the GM is writing them. I have spread the word to members of my Guard unit and can proudly say I know for sure I have prevented 3 sales. I only hope this post can stop more. We need to build our economy back up with great businesses, this place, however, is not one of them... More
