I went into Papas looking for a 1-2 yer old off lease wrangler. I was promptly greeted by their staff. After looking at the selection of pre-owned jeeps, it was mentioned that I could get a brand new jee wrangler. I was promptly greeted by their staff. After looking at the selection of pre-owned jeeps, it was mentioned that I could get a brand new jeep foor almost the same monthly payment due to current promos going on. I am happy to say that I am now the proud owner of a brand new Jeep Wrangler. Thanks Papas, and thanks to the salesman who helped me out. Bill Reudgen. Why...because this is the third time I have bought from Papa's. Service has been great on my older Jeep. So I bought the new 2010 Wrangler 4 door at Papa's, too. Papa's Dodge was recommended by a friend for a great deal that they received about four years ago.My son remembered and told me to give Papa's a try.So to my surprise I did and got a great deal.My sales asso that they received about four years ago.My son remembered and told me to give Papa's a try.So to my surprise I did and got a great deal.My sales associate was great.He was friendly and informative about the car I was interested in.After some negotiating we came up with a super deal.Papa's has a great inventory to choose from.They also have a new building thats unique inside.They have a diner inside and a barber shop plus antique autos.Give them a try you will not be disappointed.I have not had any service yet so i can't rate it yet. As a general statement, this purchase was a pleasant experience. I had a price expectation, and the dealer's offer met it, so very little negotiation was needed. They've provided great support after delivery. I have only one possibly negative comment. This purchase was a factory order. Once my vehicle was built and in transit, it was expected "tomorrow" for five days. I'd rather have heard from the beginning that it normally takes from 4 to 7 days to make delivery. The truck arrived well within those timelines, and I'd have been a lot less anxious if the expectation had been set a little lower initially. More

Well first of all my buying experience was less of a pain than this survey. I'm a no nonsense guy that wants to cut to the chase and get the deal done. what a great service department...at other dealerships in the past either on the phone or in person i am usually left with one question..."are you there?...are you there??...are you there???"
