Well first of all my buying experience was less of a pain than this survey. I'm a no nonsense guy that wants to cut to the chase and get the deal done. I came into this dealership prepared; the experienced sales associate, Bill Reudgen recognized this and worked to help me get the deal done. We put together the deal, and I signed the paperwork within seven hours after first stepping on the property. More

what a great service department...at other dealerships in the past either on the phone or in person i am usually left with one question..."are you there?...are you there??...are you there???" At Papa's the answer is always "YES"...they are always there for me...it doesnt matter if it is a simple oil change or the way they handle my snow tire needs in the winter...they truely know how to make a customer happy..and always on time...not just helpful, but always a pleasure to deal with...Thanks guys keep up the good work...as an old friend used to say..."Walt would be proud!!!" Everything went very smoothly, as promised, and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole transaction. Evan was very knowledgeable of the the Dodge RT. From initial contact to delivery, the process was flawless. The showroom is impressive with the complete selection of cars. I was very pleased that the Dodge Challenger was brought into the showroom so I could inspect it before I purchased it. (Remember - we had just received 20 inches of snow the week before!) I enjoyed the classic cars in the showroom, also. I would highly recommend Papa's Dodge to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

Of the many dealerships I have searched. Papas Dodge (Noel Harken) was the only one to take the time to answer all of my e-mails promptly and accurately.
