I took my car to Paradise Cadillac to hav This is the only GM Cadillac Certified service center in my area per Cadillac.com to fix and repair my car. I took my car to Paradise Cadillac to have an engine service light looked at. They said that they would call me back on the problem with the engine service light. It seems that I did all the calling to get the status on my Cadillac. They told me my car would be completed by a certain date and that I could pick it up. I called on the date they said it would be completed on and was told they would call me back. One day latter after being told they would call me back I called to complain about not getting a call back and for the bad service I was receiving. At this point I was told that they hit my car in the parking lot and where fixing the dent to my finder. They knew about the damage to my car for about 2 to 3 days and did not notify me of the damage to my car. They started working on the dent to my finder during the 2 to 3 days they know about it without any notification to me or authorization from me to work on the damage they caused to my finder. When I was finally shown my car they had pounded out the dent and fixed most of the problem from the initial damage. I noticed other problems like the passenger door had a scrap on the inside where the door and the finder meet. It looked like after the accident someone opened the door and there was no space between the finder and door so it scraped the paint off. My headlight was pushed out and my front fender at the stress point had cracked paint. When I was showing the service center people this they made me feel like I was lying to them, even when I showed them that it was a new scratch with no oxidization. When I ask for picture of the original damage they had none. No one knew what the original damage looked like, but when questioned seem to know more than what they where telling me. I talk to management there and told them that I felt like my best interest weren’t being taking care of and they needed to show more concern about what was going on. You would think after 18 days of working on my car that they would change that feeling that I was being taking advantage of, but no they only made it worse. I told them that I was going to complain to GM Cadillac Corporate about the service and problems I was having with them. They seemed not to care about it. I worked with GM Cadillac and they told me that they are a privately held dealership and they would let the executives at GM know but there was little they could do because Paradise Cadillac had to fix the problem. Now I know why they seemed not to care. Now Paradise Cadillac did all of this with a smile and said; we never do this, man you think we couldn’t mess this up anymore then we did, we always take pictures of damage to customer cars but not this time, we always notify the customers with any problems but I thought we called you, we always get customer approval first but I thought we called you, just be glad that our employee told us they hit your car. Just because you smile at me and talk nice doesn’t mean that you have my best interest in mind and that you are not taking advantage of me. More

They are courteous every person you come in contact with. They will make sure you've been helped, need anything while you wait and just plain friendly Employees Paradise has. My Service Advocate Geoff Rassmusen if you choose to wait will come out and advise you where they are with your car and approximately how much longer it will be. Just like a Doctor will advise you about a loved one how they feel doing in surgery. Never have I had such service with any of my band new cars. Love Paradise Cadillac! I had my 77 year old mother with me and Chris took the time to have nice conversations with her. I thought that was great. DEDICATED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE Recently purchased a Cadillac SRX as a certified pre-owned vehicle at Paradise. The vehicle had a few very minor dings in the body and the headlight l Recently purchased a Cadillac SRX as a certified pre-owned vehicle at Paradise. The vehicle had a few very minor dings in the body and the headlight lens were cloudy. Travis arranged to have the dents removed by Paintless Dent Removal and refinished the headlight lens himself. In addition, he arranged a vehicle for me to drive for the day. The car was picked up at the end of the day and it looked amazing. If I had parked it next to a factory new SRX no one could have noticed the difference.The car had been completely cleaned and waxed with a complimentary bottle of touch-up paint in the cup holder. I believe that Travis went well above and beyond in the areas of customer service and quality of work.This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Paradise in the past 36 months. All of our service has also been performed by Paradise. Employees such as Travis are the reason we have come and will continue to come to Paradise for all of are automotive needs and wants.Thank you Travis for a yet another pleasant and extremely satisfactory experience. I brought my 2008 HHR in for service to Paradise Chevrolet knowing it was out of warranty. There were no expectations on my part in getting a special discount but when I picked up the vehicle, Jaim Chevrolet knowing it was out of warranty.
