I am 19 yrs. old and this is the first vehicle that I've ever purchased. I have one word to say and that is phenomenal!!! I have never been so pleased to buy a vehicle. My heart was telling me to go back for a second time, as well as my boss referring me to a different dealer at Paradise. Paradise Chevrolet has the finest dealer I have ever met, Todd Snyder. Literally I would compare him to the superman of dealers because he definitely saved the day. I just feel so blessed that I got the opportunity of having such a magnificent dealer. Not only did he give me exactly what I wanted and more but is humor is to-die-for. Todd and the finance manager, Armando Hinojosa, turned a usually morbid experience into a mind-blowing sales extravaganza. Mr. Snyder took care of everything I wanted, and Armando Hinojosa made all my car dreams come true in the financial office! Armando helped me through all of the financial/ signing in a quick and easy time-frame. It’s like an epiphany, it’s like a dream, I found the first real honest to God car dealership ever! Not only am I going to refer them to every single person I know but I am just so excited to go back and get my GM certified service just to be in the presence of such fine human-beings. I came into Paradise a few months ago and right away was approached by Steve. He was VERY helpful finding my new truck. There is no scale worthy enough to rate the customer service I received from Todd. I too work in a customer service industry and with the many cutbacks feel that customer service takes the back seat to daily operations which reduces my expectations of others in the field. I was astounded that this was not the case. Todd was through and made sure that I was completely satisfied with my choice with no added pressure. Lawrence was very courteous, and was willing to search for the exact vehicle I was looking for (even though it was out of state). Another dealers who was closer to our home was trying to take advavtage of for the exact vehicle I was looking for (even though it was out of state). Paradise Chevorlet was very accomidating,even though the final price was very close to the dealer in my own area, they were willing to work a little harder to get my business.
