I bought my 2009 Acura TL for service, I had some issue with my speakers so i decided to go Saturday morning i didn't have a appointment, they took my car in for service and repaired my problem same day i with my speakers so i decided to go Saturday morning i didn't have a appointment, they took my car in for service and repaired my problem same day i was out of dealership in less then 2 hours. I highly recommend Paragon Acura service for having a great customer satisfaction, that i didn't have to take a day off from work to bring my car in for service. I also received a free car wash. Thanks to Mike and Kevin great people to work with. More

I purchased a new 2010 TL AWD Tech, upon delivery I noticed 2 license plate screw marks on the back bumper. I notified the sales person and they gave me a we owe slip to bring to service to fix the bum noticed 2 license plate screw marks on the back bumper. I notified the sales person and they gave me a we owe slip to bring to service to fix the bumper. The car went to the body shop to be repaired. when it came back it had a ding on the front grill. I was very upset. I spoke to kevin and mike about the problem and mike asked if I liked the chrome sport grill they make for the TL, I said of course. Mike told me not to worry and they will replace my grill with the sport 1. I was so happy that he made a worse scenario into 1 that I was happy that happened. Mike and kevin are the greatest at paragon. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND bringing your Acura to Paragon for service and see kevin to write up you car and if there are any problems to talk to mike which is the service manager. finally my car got fixed on water leaking and clean the interior headliners and the replacement for the low & high horn for me. And the service adviser james chan (JESSE) is the best and experience on this interior headliners and the replacement for the low & high horn for me. And the service adviser james chan (JESSE) is the best and experience on this job. He took care with me nice and followed up everything over the phone when my car still in the shop. He ran all the paperwork fast and smooth with the loaner car. he made me feel totally different experience on last few visits. and also i need to thanks him(JESSE) , mike (manager) and angela(internet sales manager) for helped all the problem i had . ** if you go for car service at paragon acura, please check it out with JESSE . the best service adviser in the field. i bought my 09 mdx at paragon acura and all of the service jobs. but no even 1 year, mt car got leaking water into interior, and went for 2 times still no lucky to fix it right but the technician told service jobs. but no even 1 year, mt car got leaking water into interior, and went for 2 times still no lucky to fix it right but the technician told me that it tested and passed. today 05/15/2010 going to fix for the 3rd time. And also everytime, after they the water leaking jobs, the headliners never put it back and handle the car back to me. SHAME ....... now , my voice command can't receive my voice cause the receiver is not connected after the headliner is removed. SHAME ............... i complained it to acura client service , and they followed up .... i will back for other command after today appointment. More

I live in Brooklyn and I refused to go anywhere else to get my car serviced. On a good day it takes me at least 45 minutes to get to Paragon Acura but it is so worth it. Every time I have went in their to get my car serviced. On a good day it takes me at least 45 minutes to get to Paragon Acura but it is so worth it. Every time I have went in their to service my 2005 Acura RL, Chris always took care of my car and he is the best in Paragon. He is very friendly and accurate. If I go in for a simple oil change and they see a problem the notify me very quickly so they can take care of it. The mechanics are also great; Kevin and Sagrates are all ways on point. If I have a question or concern, they always have an answer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that owns an Acura. More
Every time I come here for service I never wait longer than intended. I am usually out before the time they initially tell me. The price for service is fair, and sometimes I can get a discounted price out than intended. I am usually out before the time they initially tell me. I have my go to guy who always gets me in and out, but even if he isnt there one of the other guys will have me in and out in a decent amount of time. More
