The WORST service Ever! This was the WORST! Made an appointment online for a "Replace battery" light. Was made to wait 3 hours (!!!) to check battery, and only after I went u This was the WORST! Made an appointment online for a "Replace battery" light. Was made to wait 3 hours (!!!) to check battery, and only after I went up to ask and complain that the Service adviser bothered to go and check! Was told this battery also needs to be replaced for leaking acid (after less than 1 year!). This is a 5 minute job, but I was kept waiting 3.5 hours! Attitude from the service adviser and service technicians was that they were all doing me a big favor and I was a bother... When I was told that car was ready (just the battery was replaced!) I asked if felt pads were replaced on terminals and terminals were greased? Service adviser assured me that they were. I opened the hood and saw that he didn't even bother to check! No felt, No grease and Exposed Corroded wire off the positive terminal (fire hazard)! Service adviser is no-where to be found - decided to go to lunch. Loaner vehicle manager volunteered to help - he was Great and could not have been nicer! Car went back into work area. Shop was empty - no one to help. After waiting a while, both the Service adviser and service technician, that dropped in the battery, were found together in the break room. They started blaming each other and service technician Refused to install felt pads, to grease the terminals, or to secure exposed Corroded wire off the positive terminal!!! A senior mechanic agreed to take a look (another "favor"). He applied the grease, tightened contacts and covered exposed wires with electrical tape, confirming that it was a Fire Hazard + advising that wire in harness should be replaced (not in stock and would have to be ordered). Original factory battery was already replaced twice before by other Acura dealers for leaking acid over the last 4 years in other states. I brought in all the documents and explained situation and history. I asked to see Service Manager and was told he is not available - he is in a meeting. This is Not a good service and Not the way customers should be treated! Very Disappointed. Not a professional service! This was a Very Simple thing - just a battery replacement, don't even want to consider something serious! 2 days after this battery was replaced, "replace battery" message is back (obviously original issue was Not resolved) and original history/messages were not even cleared out. More

She gave me detailed information as to what was going to be done to the vehicle and did a courtesy call for me to know when the vehicle was ready for pickup. True definition of customer service! More

Rallye Acura refused to d It was treating working with John at Paragon Acura last Sunday for battery replacement and today for Alternator replacement. Rallye Acura refused to do the job saying they are not the selling Acura of my car but John at Paragon Acura tucker of it. They don't replace Alternator on Sunday but John went on did it for me caz I can't go there other days for job. Thank you John. More

Service is very very bad!!! I did not buy my 2016 acura mdx sh-awd from Paragon Acura and therefore cannot talk about the sales experience. However, I installed roof-rails, cross I did not buy my 2016 acura mdx sh-awd from Paragon Acura and therefore cannot talk about the sales experience. However, I installed roof-rails, cross bars, and fog lamp from this dealer's service shop. My service advisor was very good and took time to hear from me what I wanted done. Even though I had to call to find out if my car was ready to pick up, it wasn't a big deal that I did not get any call from my advisor as he promised he would. The reason, why I am not satisfied is because when I went to pick up my car my car was dirty from the roof rail and fog lamp installation. There were fingerprints and all sorts of other marks on both the rear doors and on the front bumper. My advisor already left when I went to pick my car and I told the guy that I wanted the grille that came off from my car to install the fog lamp because they were about $90 each. The guy told me he would have my advisor call me but that never happened. Next day or the day after, I got a call from the survey dept of Paragon Acura and I explained her the entire situation and she told me sorry and assured me that I would get a call from my advisor to resolve this issue. That did not happen. So, now that I brought my car back home, I decided to wash the car to take off those finger prints. After I washed and dried my car, what I noticed were not one but countless number of scratches on both my rear doors. Scratches are minor but you can notice them and there are lots of them. This scratch seems to be made from someones belt as they were trying to install the roof rails (just a guess). I just bought this car a month back. Imagine how I would feel! This is a close to $60 K car and thats how they serviced it. I would never go back to this dealership for servicing and if you care for your car, you should look elsewhere for servicing. More
Very disappointed DO NOT buy a certified pre owned vehicle from Paragon. I was sold a 2010 Acura TL in 2011. I went there because it is a very well known dealership. We DO NOT buy a certified pre owned vehicle from Paragon. I was sold a 2010 Acura TL in 2011. I went there because it is a very well known dealership. Well apparently it was repainted and they failed to mention that when i asked if anything was wrong with the car. The clear coat is just crumbling off. They had to repaint the roof of the car because more than half of it crumbled right off. Its happening again and they told me i have to pay for it. They sell me a flawed vehicle and want me to pay for its defect. I've had many new and used cars and this has NEVER happened before. I bought certified pre owned because supposedly it has to go through more stringent standards. Not at Paragon. It is completely unacceptable. I paid for quality and received a very lackluster product and the dealership is just washing their hands with the matter. Needless to say I will never buy nor recommend this dealership to anyone. Very disappointed and disgusted More
