My experience with Paramount Auto Sales has been extremely frustrating and costly. I purchased a truck on May 1, 2026, but did not receive the vehicle until May 13 because the dealership kept it to extremely frustrating and costly. I purchased a truck on May 1, 2026, but did not receive the vehicle until May 13 because the dealership kept it to perform repairs before delivery. An emissions test was completed while the truck was still in the dealership's possession and the vehicle was delivered to me the same day. After taking possession, the check engine light came on. The dealership told me the problem was an EVAP leak and claimed they fixed it by replacing the gas cap. However, the emissions report shows the EVAP system and gas cap passed inspection. The explanation provided by the dealership did not match the information in the emissions report. Trying to resolve the issue, I spent approximately $1,100 at another repair facility replacing the oxygen sensor and performing additional repairs. The check engine light returned, and the problem remained unresolved. The dealership later contacted me and told me the truck needed emissions testing, only to later tell me that emissions had already been completed and that the request was a mistake. Throughout the process I received conflicting and changing information regarding the vehicle's condition, emissions status, and necessary repairs. The dealership currently has possession of the truck and has had it for weeks while I continue making payments on a vehicle I cannot use. Despite the fact that the issue was present when I took possession of the truck, I was told I would need to pay additional diagnostic fees and approximately $800 more for repairs. I was also informed there was no guarantee those repairs would solve the problem. I have filed complaints with both the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Attorney General's Office because I have been unable to get the matter resolved directly with the dealership. I expected a vehicle that had been properly diagnosed and repaired before delivery. Instead, I have spent substantial money, lost the use of the vehicle, and am still dealing with the same unresolved problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Paramount Auto Sales. Proceed with caution and make sure any issues are thoroughly documented before taking delivery of a vehicle. Pros: Friendly when making the sale. Cons: Poor follow-up, conflicting information, unresolved mechanical issues, and ongoing repair disputes. More
They have cars that other dealers don't. Found the S6 I was looking for and it very low miles. Financing was pretty easy too, got a pretty decent rate Found the S6 I was looking for and it very low miles. Financing was pretty easy too, got a pretty decent rate More
