Car shopping is my least favorite thing to do because so many salespeople are, well, full of themselves and full of you-know-what. "Anything to make a sale" types. Once burned, twice as careful: now I shop for good people as much as merchandise. This was my first visit and I came in to "window shop" without pressure. I just wanted to get some questions answered. I met Melissa, who was quick to greet me but not like a hungry vulture. I told her straight out I wasn't there to buy today and wasn't investing in a high-end model anything, but that news didn't appear to make her any less interested. She explained that that wasn't her priority, helping me find what I want or figure out what I need, is. Kudos to the hiring managers for hiring this woman, and a huge THANK YOU to Melissa for having such integrity and the patience of a saint, because I had and am already coming up with a few more questions. I don't know who reads these reviews, but Melissa is my ideal model of a customer service/salesperson, having served in those capacities personally. She didn't act like she was interested in making a buck off me as much as in helping me, and she asked the right questions to help me pinpoint the model best suited to my needs and budget. I couldn't ask for better. It was not her fault that I didn't find the right match but next time I'm calling to make sure she is on the floor to help me before I come in again. More
