Found a vehicle I was interested in on the company website. Called about it and Allen was very quick to help schedule an appointment to conduct a test drive. When we arrived, Allen and the vehicle website. Called about it and Allen was very quick to help schedule an appointment to conduct a test drive. When we arrived, Allen and the vehicle were right out front waiting for us. Very courteous, very friendly. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle. My wife and I were interested after the drive, and Allen was very efficient in getting together details about the deal being offered. Went through a professional discussion about the vehicle price, vehicle discounts, company rebates, and the value of our trade-in. The final offer met, even slightly exceeded, our expectations. Mr Pruett was very informative and very efficient when the transaction proceeded to the finance department. Overall, a very smooth and easy experience, with both individuals being very professional and extra friendly with us. More
WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY !!!!BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP and GLOBAL LENDING SERVICES LLC INSUMATION OF THE DETAILED STORY BELOW FOR THOSE WHO HATE SAGAS HERE IS THE SHORT VIEW THEY SAID THEY THIS DEALERSHIP and GLOBAL LENDING SERVICES LLC INSUMATION OF THE DETAILED STORY BELOW FOR THOSE WHO HATE SAGAS HERE IS THE SHORT VIEW THEY SAID THEY CAN HELP WITH MARGINAL CREDIT THEY PLAYED GAMES, TELEPHONE TAG THEY BROADCAST YOUR INFORMATION TO TONS OF VENDORS, SO BEWARE THEY TELL YOU ONE THING, IT BECOMES SOMETHING ELSE: I WANT THIS CAR, CANNOT HAVE THAT CAR THEY MAKE YOU WAIT FOR HOURS AND HOURS. DO NOT BE FOOLED IN THINKING YOU ARE PRE-APPROVED FOR ANYTHING! EXPECT TO PUT MORE DOWN THEN THEY ORIGINALLY SAY MAKE SURE THEY DO EVERYTHING THEY SHOULD AND MORE IF YOU DO BUY A CAR ( LIKE MINOR? DETAILS LIKE MAKE SURE THEY INSPECTED THE CAR!!!) DO NOT BE FOOLED INTO THINKING YOU HAVE A CONTRACT/LOAN WHEN YOU LEAVE, EVEN THOUGH YOU SIGNED ONE. CAUSE THEY MIGHT JUST CALL YOU BACK AND SAY YOU NEED TO HAVE TRACKING DEVICE IN THE CAR. ( THIS IS TO SHUT OFF YOUR CAR IN CASE YOU MISS A PAYMENT BY THE WAY - BUT THEY PRESENT AS IT KEEPS THEM AND YOU SAFE) MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL THE FINE PRINT ( SERIOUSLY FOLKS THEY MAKE YOU SIT THERE FOR HOURS YOU MAKE THEM SIT THERE FOR HOURS!!! READ THE FINE PRINT...AND THEN LASTLY......REMEMBER TO HAVE THE NAME OF A GOOD ATTORNEY JUST IN CASE. My first experience with Paramount was via Paramount Kia in Hickory I heard an advertisement "we can help" people with all kinds of credit "NO ONE IS REFUSED". Although my husband and I have been through tough times, my score was in the 625 range and my husband well his score was "0" he doesn't create too many accounts so thought he was in good standing. We are both fully employed, him for three years straight and me over 5 years with the same companies. I saw two vehicles I was interested in that were used, one being at the Valdese Lot and the other at the Porsche Lot in Hickory. My first experience with the KIA LOT I got a lot of yeah yeah yeah we can help you out....come on in.....I wanted to know over the phone after applying online what I was pre-approved for. MISTAKE NUMBER ONE DO NOT THINK YOU ARE PRE-APPROVED FOR ANYTHING! After several phone calls to that dealership and NOTHING, I contact the Valdese lot where I was hooked up with Mark. He had excellent followup sales techniques, I am sure just as he has been taught. We set an appointment, we met him that Saturday. I was not sure the price range of the car I was looking at was going to work, but caught off, way off guard, that it would be nearly 600 or better to get this 20K car. They WOULD NOT BUDGE much on this vehicle. After talking to QUINCY after about 3 long hours of waiting and such, we were told that a car in the 16K price range would be better suited for being in the budget I wanted to be in. So I regrouped. I started searching for vehicles online at all their dealerships. I found two more that were in that price range in Hickory and two more at the Valdese location. Not exactly the cars i wanted but thought worth the look. I fell in love with one of cars at the Hickory location but felt loyal to Mark at the Valdese location. So I made sure to ask him if I decided on that car, since they are all owned by the same company it shouldn't be a problem HE NEVER ANSWERED me directly, skirted the issue, anything to continue to make me happy n get me back into the store I fear was his motive....At this point he really was just being a YES MAN. I drove the two cars in Hickory without his assistance. Two days later I went to Valdese drove two more. He was HOT and HEAVY about trying to get me to buy something at his location dancing around issues. Of course after dancing around for hours they "TOLD" me the car I wanted was not doable. Something about too much mileage on the vehicle not going to work out blah blah, so they proceed to point toward another vehicle they had they "COULD MANAGE" to get me and had all the bells and whistles I wanted on the other car and less miles! Well I wasn't happy but wanted to keep an open mind. I fell in love with the car. After another 3 hours , we finally reached a down payment agreement ( which also changed several times - so buyer beware) such me out of $500 more that I wanted to put down even after conversations with them. Mind you I pretty figured I was pre-approved at this point. Finally after 6.5 hours signed the contract for the loan took possession of a dirty car and now second set of keys. The next days would prove to be a living nightmare JOKE. I get a call the next day stating I had to come back to the dealership because "they forgot" to do the state inspection one the vehicle. I said fine gotta have that so off i went and in the meantime I would get them to address the issues of no door code, cleaning and detailing the car doing the inspection and finding the second set of keys. Maintenance department barely cleaned the car, I finally got the door codes after they told me there would be charge to retrieve the code....REALLY? Was told I would be charged for a second set of keys cause they had no idea where they were. Finally got the inspection done and left with STILL a dirty car. Over the course of the next few days I was getting tons of phone calls from the Loan Company and the dealership for one thing or another and began questioning what the issues were We signed the contract the dealership should have given you everything you needed I had given them everything they asked for including tax returns but the loan company didn't seem to have them. A blame game began with Global Lending Services and the Dealership stating one didn't provide what the other needed and somehow my loan was still being "PROCESSED". How can this loan still be being processed if i signed a contract last FRIDAY? They assured me is just formalities and such, I told them I better not receive any more phone calls nor do I want them to be calling all the people I know to give personal information out to the reference I provided. I assumed those references were just to be kept on file, well they weren't they called everyone on that list the first invasion of privacy. After much talk I decided all was "OK" and the Loan companies reassurances that all was "OK" and asking them If there were going to be anymore issues that I would bring the card back and we would be done and they said no more phones calls. THE VERY NEXT MORNING I get a disconcerting phone call from Mark at the dealership said "Well how about yesterday! wasn't that something!" "well we got over that hurdle!" I was like excuse me??? "Well lets get over this next hurdle!" Again I was like EXCUSE ME? "You need to just come back to the dealership we need to install a GPS system into the car"......I was like why?? I thought all was handled all was good...now you are telling me they want to invade my privacy an track me like a criminal? I told them no and I will bring the car back....SO! I un-bought a car. They did refund the money I put down but when I requested a letter on letterhead stating I was no longer responsible I had been released fromm any and all issues that nothing would be reported as voluntary repo or anything god knows type thing he scribbled like a child in a white piece of paper stating I had no loan no repo was be reported and his initials...VERY PROFESSIONAL! Childish. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY !!!!BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP and GLOBAL LENDING SERVICES LLC More
As an actual first time buyer I was really impressed with Scott, I see why my parents wanted to do business with him again. I will probably keep coming back. Scott, I see why my parents wanted to do business with him again. I will probably keep coming back. More

Due to some recent health issues my wife was unable to go with me to pick it up so Scott delivered the truck to our house . I have had many compliments on the truck since we bought it . I will recommend this dealership to anyone that ask me. More

I had always dealt with a woman who had been in the car business for years (Beth). Now that she isn't in the car business, it left me not knowing what to do with my aging Pontiac Aztek, so I kept it 12 ye business for years (Beth). Now that she isn't in the car business, it left me not knowing what to do with my aging Pontiac Aztek, so I kept it 12 years. I wanted to go to a local dealer so my partner and I stopped at Paramount. Matt was the first one to greet us. I told him I didn't have time to play, this is what I had, what I need, what I have and he said I got the right guy! No Bull Phillips. And, he wasn't full of bull. And, we bought a car! I have to say, I miss my poor ugly Aztek but that is not Matt's problem! We always tell our friends to ask for Matt. We will always come back to Matt if we need a car! More
