After searching for literally months my husband said he found a dealership that seemed to have the best prices on new and used Hyundai Sonata's. I had a 2008 Sonata with manual shift that he hated to drive and promised to trade for an automatic one day once he could get a good trade in on mine with affordable payments. We drove the 2 hrs from Danville,Va and took a 2013 Sonata with all the whistles and bells for a test drive but never imagined we could afford this. After the paperwork was done we found it possible to own the car of my dreams with payments we could afford. The whole experience was so wonderful and easy I actually got emotional when I realized I was going to drive this beautiful car home that night. Jonathan Kidd was the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He didn't have to be pushy like other salesmen because his easy going, honest personality sold us within minutes of arriving. Allen Pruitt was so helpful with the paperwork, explaining all options we had and which were best for us. I can't express how happy we are with the experience and we will definately tell family and friends about Paramount Ford and Hyundai. I highly recommend this dealership when looking for the car of your dreams with a team of good fellas with integrity and honesty. More

We saw a truck we were interested in online. We used the instant message feature to contact a sales representative. She was very helpful and friendly. A couple days later, we went to the dealership to try out the truck. They had it up front, ready for a test drive, when we arrived. We negotiated for a short time before agreeing on a price. This was a no pressure, no hassle deal - which we appreciated. Matt was very personable and had a great sense of humor. Allen Pruett prepared the paperwork in a timely manner. Scott McKinney: We spoke to Scott via phone prior to visiting lot concerning a Genesis we had seen online which was available at Paramount,Valdese Scott prior to visiting lot concerning a Genesis we had seen online which was available at Paramount,Valdese Scott was courteous, friendly and sounded knowledgeable on phone and we set an appointment Scott was at dealership at the time of appointment which we appreciated Scott showed us the vehicle and explained pricing and that even though it had some mileage it was a new vehicle(used by service dept) Scott answered every question we had about Genesis. Features, mpg, hp,safety features, electronic features, and warranty We drove the vehicle and kept it overnite. Met Scott at dealership next morning and informed Scott we were interested in vehicle Scott then proceeded to quickly have trade-value of our vehicle determined, explained financing available through Hyundai, gave us sale number for the Genesis including our trade-value. We gave Scott number that we could invest in new car. He took that number to Sales Manager and within 5 minutes returned with "acceptance" of our numbers. Had not Scott been as friendly, helpful and as knowledgeable of the product and selling process, we would not have been inclined as quickly to swap vehicles at Paramount. It was evident that Scott had zeal and experience in presenting and "selling" the Genesis to us. He was "wide-eyed" enough to sell us what we wanted and not something he wanted to sell us. Gave us feeling he was working for us. After the sell, Scott went through the vehicle completely explaining features and demonstrating operation of all features and items with which we not familar. Could not have been better sales experience for us. On a scale from 1 - 5, we will rate Scott a 5-plus. More

He was honest and never once mislead me or tried to pressure me to purchase something that I wasn't interested in. Mark and I agreed on a price for the vehicle through email and there was absolutely no hageling after I arrived at the dealership in Valdese. The business manager has a great personality and didn't try to tack on any additional charges or services that 99% of the car dealerships try to do. I left that evening in my new truck, no buyer's remorse, and feeling great about the whole experience. Yep boys, I'll be back the next time I need another vehicle. More
