I started our search for a car through the internet. I wanted to be able to comparison-shop. I looked through seven websites on the internet. I narrowed my search by looking for Hyundai and Ford. This is when I came across Paramount Ford in Valdese, North Carolina. I decided to ask the dealer a question about a particular Hyundai vehicle. I sent the question through the instant messenger. I think I had an answer instantly.Both instant messenger ladies, Sherri and Brooke were very kind and friendly as a first impression. I spoke with the sales consultant, Scott McKinney, over the phone and we agreed that my husband and I would travel to the dealer on Saturday. We drove two hundred miles to test drive the Ford Focus 2011. My husband and I were delighted with the people we came in contact with. Again, the people we came in touch with were very friendly, and we were greeted with a smile and a handshake. We are glad we went to Paramount Ford and met these people including the finance guy, Quincey and Frank. We are happy with the purchase of our new vehicle. This is the 2nd purchase in 2 months from Paramount and the Salesman Mark Robinson was just GREAT!! I am a 44 YOF & recently was involved in a motor vehicle accident. I was extremely impressed with the impecable customer service I received with Wayne Cook, Quincey Drum, David Harmon, & the entire vehicle accident. I was extremely impressed with the impecable customer service I received with Wayne Cook, Quincey Drum, David Harmon, & the entire Paramount Ford, LLC staff. Wayne Cook allowed me to voice my needs & never interrupted me with that "pushy salesman" attitude. He quickly realized that I was still in pain from my accident & went the extra mile for me, opening/closing my car door, adjusting my seat correctly & even buckling me up. Even while I was checking the entire vehicle out, Wayne made sure to open/close all doors to make sure I was without physical pain. I am also very grateful that Wayne suggested a better financing option for me. I was extremely hesistant with this because I have done business with my credit union for years, but Wayne took the time to explain my options without "forcing" his opinion on me. This is where the fantastic Quincey Drum came in. I was prepared for possibly having to wait an hour just to see him. The entire process seemed like a "blink of an eye" to me. I ended up getting a much better percentage rate than my credit union. I am amazed with this man & Quincey deserves a huge raise! Wayne didn't stop there. He also showed me the service department & it was nice to see a salesman take pride in his job. He introduced me to David Harmon & I would like to thank him for the $100 in service coupons. As a customer, I was very pleased with the professionalism of the entire staff. Everyone was dressed very nicely & I never heard any foul language, dirty jokes being told, & I never saw anyone smoking in front of the building. These are experiences I've had in the past @ other dealerships. I even enjoyed the music inside the dealership & everyone who passed by me would offer me something to drink or ask if I needed anything. This was the best sales experience I have ever encountered & will definitely tell all of my friends & family to purchase @ Paramount Ford, LLC in Valdese. P.S. The amount quoted was fair and there were no surprises in the final documentation. The entire staff involved in the visit to the dealership could not have been more friendly and helpful. The staff went out of their way to obtain the vehicle requested, have it delivered to the dealership, and remain late in the evening to accomodate the purchase to my convenience. Overall, this has been the best experience in purchasing a vehicle. More
