The salesman Mike Baxley was not pushy, and was very helpful and professional. I was only there for about 1 hour (including test drive). The whole dealership was spotless and full of happy and helpful people. Car was in immaculate condition and is 7 years old, they gave me a great deal. They even replaced a headlight that morning. Shout out to the manager for doing such a good job of hiring good people and running an excellent business. Best dealership experience of my life. More

I have one piece of advice: In closing, either insist on having paperwork in front of you or don't care where or not your signature is legible. This is why: The one thing that has really made it difficult for me is concerning the closing process that was done using a large flat monitor that is lying on the xxI man's desk, instead of having paperwork in hand. It is a touch sensitive screen, so you sign each page as you would when making a charge in a retail store - often illegible - and they were read through by him at rapid-fire speed. I really had to focus on the signatures to make them decent. I finally said "I didn't sign this many papers when I bought my house". When the last one was signed, he ran a paper copy, folded and put it in an envelope, then handed it to me. I removed them and saw that my final total was $3,000 more than my salesman and I had agreed on, so I asked what had caused it, but both men seemed to have people waiting for them, so I brought everything home - knowing that I had 72 hrs to dispute it. I finally found that it was for an extended warranty that was on a page at the end of the long list of pages, so I went back in to have it cancelled. It was crucial for my payments to be on the lower amount, but I was told that they wouldn't change, only the loan balance owed. Last month, before my car was 2 yrs old with only 6,400 miles on it and in excellent condition, I went by to ask about its value as I considered selling it and learned it had dropped from over $19,000 to $11,000. There goes my $5,000 clear-titled trade-in and I still have the larger payments. I should have kept my other car with no payments. More

He was very personable and took responsibility when needed. Would definitely work with him again. Two suggestions for improvement for Nathan (one of us was a longtime customer service rep). Several of the specific additions we requested and he said were installed were not. Puddle lights and windshield washer heater were not installed as he said they were. We will be required to go back for another visit to get this done. Also he was unfamiliar and vague with the Paramount Preferred Customer Club details. He did try to get the necessary information and he worked with us to get the requested additions. More

Within three hours I drove away from the dealership in a new car that fit my price range, size, gas mileage, and additional perks such as, color, CD player, backup camera, and cruise control. He, to my surprise, did exactly what I was hoping for and started with the credit process to see what could be done to help me. I had a car in mind, a Kia Soul. He told me he had a car he thought could work for me and my situation. He disappeared for a moment to the outer 40 f the parking lot and returned with exactly the car that was perfect for us.. It was even the color we had hoped for. We went for a ride and talked as old friends (we were distant acquaintances from long ago law enforcement careers). I am now a pastor and I found Nathan to be an easy going Christian man with a what you see is what you get outlook with no pretense. He made the experience zero pressure and took a lot of time helping me make a good decision. On my way to the dealership that day I had prayed that if I was making a mistake that God would throw up a road block. Instead the process was very smooth and pain free. I left feeling completely comfortable and confident in my new car. I felt that I had taken steps to a better financial future rebuilding my credit. I would definitely recommend Nathan and Paramount Kia. More

In the two days leading up, we exchanged numerous emails, I filled out the financial application in advance, he asked questions about why I chose the vehicle I did, and we went out to test drive the vehicle. I was well-pleased with the vehicle, he honestly pointed out a couple cosmetic things that the dealership will fix for me, and we took care of the tag, insurance, detailing of the car, and in the process I gained respect for him as a sales person and individual. Rarely do you walk onto a car lot and encounter such treatment. I would recommend the dealership and John in particular to ANYONE looking for a car. More
