I dealt with three different individuals and was treated superbly by each and all of them. Had fully expected to receive that "hard sell" to buy a vehicle from them when arriving to discuss an offer via Auto Trader to purchase our vehicle regardless of whether we bought a car or not. Straiten Klein met us as we walked toward the entrance. We talked about the Auto Trader offer ... he was completely knowledgeable and left no stone unturned. We had no thought of buying a foreign made vehicle, much less a Kia! Let me tell you, the new Kia Cadenza ... just as seen in the TV ads etc. ... was parked at the entrance to the dealership. We drove it and fell in love. We've owned Caddy's and Towncars and I have to admit the Kia Cadenza has them beat hands down. This a luxury vehicle plus! We've had it a week now and can't say enough about it. Friends and neighbors are wowed. Was real nice and friendly, brought a couple of cars up front to be looked at. Did not have to walk all over the lot looking.. Was treated almost like family. My car recently died and so since I had heard good things about the dealership I decided to go there first. The y found a nice little car for me and I was excited so I went for a test drive. That was fine h about the dealership I decided to go there first. The y found a nice little car for me and I was excited so I went for a test drive. That was fine however when I asked how much the car cost I was told "I don't know". Okay so the car was 14000 I eventually found out. I checked the kbb of the same car with less miles and better condition and it was $2000 less than the price of the car I just test drove. When I mentioned this the sales associate seemed to getnervous and didn't want to answer questions about price or anything. I felt like I was being lied to and misled but I filled out the paperwork , they said they didn't want my trade in because it was "too much trouble". Later I found they had submitted me for another car without asking me, without telling me how much it would cost or my monthly payment. Their advertisments of 120% kbb were never mentioned. I would avoid this place. Their selection sucks and the try to screw people who have the most to lose. More
