It was very quick. I appreciate the non pressure atmosphere there. UPDATED: The dealership has gone above and beyond expectations by replacing the entire headliner because there were some stains that would not come out! They also managed to fix the issue with the oil spot in the trunk area, looks like they may have removed the padding and replaced it as well. Very satisfied with the work done! Love the car, great mileage, (last check was 31.5 combined city/hwy!! Thanks Kia for taking care of me and my car and following through on the promises made by the salesman. OLD REVIEW: Due to a job description change, I found myself in need of a car with decent gas mileage and low miles, preferably with a warranty of some kind. 2 years ago, we purchased a 2010 Kia Forte from Paramount Kia in Hickory from Brent Huffman and everything was smooth, service was great, and they were very responsive to any concerns we had concerning our purchase, even though it was a used car. Given our past experience with Hickory Kia, I decided to purchase my vehicle there once again. Much to my dismay, the expereince on this occasion has been less than desirable. I met Justin and discussed what I was looking for. He showed me a 2004 Optima that was the current internet special. The price was right and we began the proceedings to get financing in order, etc. I had to return to work soon and also work the next day so we agreed to meet on Thursday morning to finalize the deal. Upon arrival, we sat down and he told me that financing was approved but there was a problem, someone else had sold the car on Wed. Not only was there no call to let me know this had occurred, they did not seem too very concerned that it had happened, tried to blow it off because "there was no deposit made on the car". My salesman never asked if I would like to do so and since we had started the ball rolling for the Optima, I thought we had already set the deal. No so apparently. As my need was great, I decided to look at other options and he showed me a 2010 Forte, exactly like we had purchased 2 years ago, except for the color. It needed a thorough detailing and a few minor touch ups but the car drove, handled and responded very well. Again, the pricing was good for the car and after getting Justin and Phil (sales manager) to agree to completely detail the interior ( had some stains in the headliner, seatbelt straps, seats, and an oil spot in the trunk) and to recondition the wheels I agreed to the purchase. They got the wheels done but I've made two trips to get the detailing done. I still have spots and oil and when I went to pick up my car (a day after it was to be ready) they still had not done anything on the list that I had provided for them! It also took them 20 minutes to find my car and to tell me it would be another 2 hours before it would be ready! Simple list: Complete the detailing as promised, Repair the TRIP reset button, check the alignment, touch up the paint chip on the front fender, and provide me with service records for the car. They had done all maintenance for the previous owner so all records are there. As of a week later, the paint is touched up and the TRIP button fixed but now they are telling me tha the oil stain and the spots on the head liner can't be cleaned? Why did they asure me, prior to purchase, that they would take care of it if it could not be done??? Why was my car not ready when promised and I went a day late to pick it up? (supposed to be ready Tuesday, had dropped it off Monday evening, did not go to pick it up until Wed afternoon, still was not ready) It almost seems that they no longer care about their customers and that is sad, They used to do such a great job! Sorry for the long review but I felt the need to tell this story. Thanks for reading! More
As the owner of a brand new 2013 KIA Rio I am very pleased with my purchase. Upon coming to the dealership I wasn't quite sure that I was going to be able to trade in my used car that I still owed on. pleased with my purchase. I have never bought a brand new car before and especially never bought anything from a big dealership, such as KIA. To my surprise I ended up walking away with a brand new car, which I'm very pleased with. I was given wonderful customer service from the moment I walked onto the dealership. Robbie done a wonderful job in helping me with my purchase, he was very helpful and did everything possible to put me into something reliable along with what I could afford. Even the other employees congratulated me on my new purchase and would ask if i needed anything else. They all were so great and friendly. The dealership it's self is very nice and easy to find that perfect car your looking for. I love my new car and can honestly say that I will continue to do business with KIA. Overall my experience was wonderful. More

Honestly, I had no clue as to what I wanted or if I truely wanted one right then. However, after scoping out the many choices... friendly and patient saleman . . . Jim Moir, let me take a spin in the 2014 Kia Forte and gave me a deal I couldn't pass up. He offered to let me check out any and all cars . . . but the Forte became my Labor Day present to myself ... and it didn't take long for the deal to go through...even on a holiday. More

Purchasing a new vehicle meant stepping into a whole new world. I was very timid and hesitant. Patrick talked to me about the details of what I was looking for, my price range, my likes and dislikes. Being that I still personally wanted a little more, we still splurged and ended up with a little bit more pricey of a vehicle. I got a fair deal and have received good service over the past 2 1/2 years. When I went to Paramount Kia last Wednesday to look at the new Optima's, Justin greeted me in a very professional manner. I told him what I was looking for in a car from my reviews on the internet. Justin lead me to the color and package on the Optima that I was looking for. He reviewed the car with me and we went for a quick test drive. Justin gave no pressure and told me if I was interested to bring my car back when I had time and he would get it appraised. I went back to see Justin on Saturday morning. He looked up my current car on auto trader and gave me a figure they would buy it for straight out. He got the head appraiser to appraise my car for trade in and the value was better. Justin made sure I was aware of the rebates and the 2 different financing options available from Kia. With all this info and another test drive I made my deal with Justin. He did a great job and followed up on Monday to see if everything was ok. I would recommend the dealership to anyone and please be sure to deal with Justin if you go. He is very professional. Great Job Guys!!! Trey Brown More
Knowing that we would soon have a new addition to the family, it was time to sell the truck and get a second family vehicle. After my Wife and I had gone to 3 different Kia Dealerships, Paramount Kia fin family, it was time to sell the truck and get a second family vehicle. After my Wife and I had gone to 3 different Kia Dealerships, Paramount Kia finally had the answers. Other Kia dealers in the area couldn't even match prices! We found the vehicle we were interested in online, walked in the dealership, gave Jim Moir the stock number, he retrieved the vehicle immediatley, and took us for a test drive. Jim Couldn't have been nicer. He knew everything about the car, and even answered a lot of my questions before I could even ask, and was very understanding about our specific situation. After the test drive we re-entered the dealership to talk over the numbers. I gave Jim a number that I wanted as a monthly payment and within an hour between him and the Finance manager, they matched the payment. Actually, toward the end of the process I learned that they did better then just match it, they got my monthly payment even lower then I could of though possible with the down payment I had. This is thanks to their great insentives! I know Paramount Kia is glad to keep my business with them, but in the end I'm glad my business is with them instead of some of the other dearlerships I delt with in the last few weeks!!! These are the reasons why I left Paramount Kia with a Brand New Car! Thanks Again JIM MOIR More
