I had been shopping for a new car for over a month. After visiting different dealer ships and comparing pricing. I decided to drive to Paramount which was very much out of my way, just to see if what they say is true. {They can bet anyones price.} I went right to the car I had been looking at. Patrick, then asked if we would like to drive it. Acoarse we did. Now came the question , can you beat the other dealers price. That was resolved quickly. The answer was yes, Not by much, but the service and the way they treated me from the time I got there to finishing the deal was great. I needed a new car. My old car was at the shop more than I drove it to work. I needed a dependable car. I had friends that owned Kia cars. They love them. So, I went online and looked at Kia cars. I liked t I drove it to work. I needed a dependable car. I had friends that owned Kia cars. They love them. So, I went online and looked at Kia cars. I liked the Forte coupe. I asked for a quote thru the nearest Kia dealer ship. They sent me emails and called me within the hour. I set up an appointment to go look at some of the models they had on the lot. I arrived late the person I had the appointment with was on another lot make a sale to another customer. Jason quickly stepped in to help me. I show him the car I like and within two hours I drve off the lot. Jason did not stop until all of my paper work was finished. He took my car washed it and put gas in it. I love my Kia. I have bought a new car before and it took six hours. I was not thrilled about having to go back thru another six hour ordeal, but thanks to Jason it was quick. I would recommand Kia of Hickory to anybody who wants to buy a Kia. Jason was a wonderful and very efficient sales person. Thank you for the great car buying experience. More
My husband and I got a letter in the mail stating that we could get 120 percent of our cars value. Even though I had 2010 I thought why not. I might be able to get a brand new car for what I was paying a m could get 120 percent of our cars value. Even though I had 2010 I thought why not. I might be able to get a brand new car for what I was paying a month or for just a little extra. We decided to look into the Sorento and Optima. We decided we couldn't afford the monthy payment of the Sorento and my husband didn't like the 4 cylinder so we decided on the Optima. I love my new Optima it's sleek and sporty looking, gets better mileage than 2010 and the body style looks 100 percent better than the 2010 and I love the extra features that the 2011 offers that the 2010 did not. Thanks again to the Kia team for helping us get a great vehicle. More
I bought a 2009 Kia Rio from Paramount Kia Hickory. It was a very pleasant experience for me from start to finish. Jeremy was wonderful to work with, was very accommodating, answered all of my questions s was a very pleasant experience for me from start to finish. Jeremy was wonderful to work with, was very accommodating, answered all of my questions satisfactorily, and I believe he deserves recognition for being the most personable and laid back car sales representative I've met. After bad experiences I've had at other dealers, buying a car from this dealer was a walk in the park. I would also like to thank Daryl Horton, the finance manager who spent a lot of time looking for a good financing deal for me. These guys are awesome! More
My wife and I purchased a new Serento from Brent Huffman. We could not have been treated any better . Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. Salesman, Jim Moir, did little to NO educating us about the car. He was slow to get the paperwork done. He did not at any point discuss with us the maintenance schedule. The finance person, Ryan, rolled hi the car. He was slow to get the paperwork done. He did not at any point discuss with us the maintenance schedule. The finance person, Ryan, rolled his eyes and made faces when we were discussing the Gap insurance coverage option. Very Rude! In fact, so rude that we decided to purchase our second Kia from another dealership. The buying experience was as different as night and day. We have not at any point received follow up calls from Paramount of Hickory to thank us for our purchase or to see if there were any questions/concerns that they could help us with. We are super disappointed with the overall buying experience from this dealership! We will not have our vehicles serviced with them or give them any business at any point in the future. More
I was treated so nice I have never been treated as nice as they did everyone that you came in contact with was so nice and helpful. Scott was so great he took time to talk to us and just to to know us it w as they did everyone that you came in contact with was so nice and helpful. I bought my Kia Sedona from this dealership 6 years ago & have had a great experience dealing with them over the years. So when it was time to trade & look for another vehicle, I went back. Jim Moir, one o & have had a great experience dealing with them over the years. So when it was time to trade & look for another vehicle, I went back. Jim Moir, one of the salesmen, promptly met me on the lot & showed me around. Every step of the way through the purchase, Jim was very helpful.What impressed me about Jim was that he knew the salesman I had dealt with 6 years ago---it showed me he had been around Paramount Kia of Hickory awhile. The new service department is more accessible than before with friendly people working in there. Jim showed me around the different departments & offered me different vehicles to compare. I settled on the Soul & Jim found the one with everything I wanted on it plus the color I liked. Overall I would tell others of the good deal I got at this dealership on a new car plus the service they provide after the sale. More
