Dealing with your Service Writer Jason Stuebe is ALWAYS a pleasure. Purchasing a car is very stressful, especially when you know your credit going in is not so good! Brent was very helpful and after looking at our options worked very hard to get us into a vehicle! Jim was very helpful when my husband and I started looking for a vehicle. We were on the lot for about 3-5 minutes before Jim approached us and started to review the vehicles we were looking at. We were not able to stay very long on our initial visit and Jim gave us his card and we said we would call him. We called Jim and he was gracious enough to set aside time for us to come in and look at the vehicle again. We took it for a test drive and started the paperwork. I would say from the start of our second visit until the time we signed the paperwork on the purchase took us around 4 hours. For someone who detests the "traditional car shopping experience" I was very pleased with the experience at Paramount Kia and with Jim Richardson. I would refer my family and friends to him and the dealership without any hesitation. More
