This process required no effort on my part, from having my car picked up at my office with a loaner, handling all the paperwork over the phone, getting the car serviced and certified, and returning it to me, again at my office the next day. She even handled the LA registration of my 2 current vehicles, saving me a huge amount of time eliminating taking a number and sitting in the local DMV office for hours.
