My experience was a bit mixed but in the end, the deal happened and I was most pleased with the Exceptional customer service provided by Jonathan Watson. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was extremely positive. I was disappointed in the two sales reps I worked with Trey and Adriana. The communication was poor with Trey (did not reply to email or texts after re-engaging him on this vehicle I wanted in late July- that I had spoken to him about in the month of June) Didn't get back to me ever. I then messaged via the dealer online chat tool and got Adriana. She was better but seemed adverse to picking up the phone and talking. She liked to text. It took a day sometimes a little longer, to get answer to questions I had. Being an out of state buyer added complexity I guess but to Jonathan, he didn't blink. In the end, I made the purchase. Adriana did come through with the pricing I was targeting. Things transitioned to Jonathan and he blew me away with his responsiveness and willingness to answer my questions. He actually picked up the phone to talk! He went thru all the loan options and add on packages in a professional, non pushy way. I really appreciated the lack of pressure and his explanation of the packages and benefits I could add on if I wanted to. I bought the vehicle (RR Sport Dynamic PHEV) and he thanked me for my business. Meanwhile, never even got a phone call from Adriana to thank me on my $100K+ purchase. I got an automated form letter. I've been in sales for 35 years and the customer experience is key to having future business. In the end, it worked out. I should have the vehicle in 2 days. I'm happy! Feel I got a very fair deal.
