Rachael provided excellent service Paretti has serviced my cars for years. I have always had excellent service. Recently Rachel Levon has been my service representative. She is always knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. Prior to working with Rachael, Connie was my service representative. Connie knows cars inside and out, and she always provided excellent service to me and kept my cars in excellent shape. Unfortunately, this last time the Jaguar is dead. Its engine and radiator are damaged so extensively, that it impractical to repair it. I am currently dealing with State Farm Insurance attempting to reach a reasonable settlement with them. I will be shopping far a new car later in the year, and will certainly shop at Paretti. If I buy another Jaguar, I will again depend on the ladies in the service department to keep it in excellent shape. More

Horrible service We have had to bring our Range Rover back four times for AC not working and radio not working.
