Fast, easy, painless, and enjoyable!!! Richard treated us with patience, respect, and was very informative as to the vehicle we purchased. After we made our decision, the whole process of doing the paperwork and buying the car took less than a half hour. They were very fast, knowledgeable, and made the entire process fun. Poor communication extremely long time to repair Brought a vehcile there for a check engine light. I never recieved a call from them to update me on the status of the vehicle. I tried calling them mu Brought a vehcile there for a check engine light. I never recieved a call from them to update me on the status of the vehicle. I tried calling them multiple times and left messages that were never returned. Finally someone answered the phone and said it would take 2 weeks to even look at the vehicle and seemed put off that I thought that was a long time to look at it. After 3 weeks they diagnosed the vehicle and repaired it a week later. So if you are ok with being without your 50K plus thousand vehicle for over a month then please buy and service your vehicle here. More
