I called the dealership on a Wed. and luckily was connected to speak with Dan. He treated me with the utmost respect. He answered all my questions, provided a great offer and took the time to walk me through each of the different packages that are available with the Acura RDX 2017 model. It was the best candid conversation I have had in a very long time. This conversation sealed the deal for me. That same day I pulled out of buying my car from another dealer and went with Park Ave. because of Dan. The next day my husband and I met with Dan and without any reservation we made the deal! We purchased the 2017 RDX with the Advanced Package. The entire process was congenial and harmless. There is never a wait to drop the car or check in and you are made to feel welcome. There is never a problem to book a loaner car, or they will drop you at the local shopping mall if you don't want to sit and wait. Servicing has been efficient, with very few surprises. Compared to other service centers where I service my other car (Infiinti), this experience is so much nicer and probably a reason why I would buy another Acura. More
