A smooth transaction mostly via internet and we met when we picked up our new RDX. Alfredo was unlike many other salesmen- he was friendly, not aggressive, helpful, answered all our questions and most of all, genuine. We had gone to the other Acura dealer where we bought and serviced our MDX for the least 7 years. They played the sales haggling game and had no consideration for loyalty. Alfredo on the other hand had the best price and even offered a loyalty rebate before we could inquire! In one word "this is no hassle car buying experince" Total process took less than 20 minutes. I made the deal over the phone with Justin. He was very friendly and helpful. He did not try to sale anything extra to me when I went to sign the paper and pick up my car. However one person (finance guy) ask me to buy the Acura care. He also said few things I did not like. For example "if you do this and that Acura is not for you blah blah blah". This is the reason I gave 4 star and also car had few spot (inside) which they did not clean when I went to pick the car. Over all it was a very good car buying experience. More
