There is never a wait to drop the car or check in and you are made to feel welcome. There is never a problem to book a loaner car, or they will drop you at the local shopping mall if you don't want to sit and wait. Servicing has been efficient, with very few surprises. Compared to other service centers where I service my other car (Infiinti), this experience is so much nicer and probably a reason why I would buy another Acura. More

He did not try to sale anything extra to me when I went to sign the paper and pick up my car. However one person (finance guy) ask me to buy the Acura care. He also said few things I did not like. For example "if you do this and that Acura is not for you blah blah blah". This is the reason I gave 4 star and also car had few spot (inside) which they did not clean when I went to pick the car. Over all it was a very good car buying experience. More
