Excellent Experiemce with an Excellent Salesperson I was thinking about trading in my 2012 RDX, but was concerned that I had put 92,000 miles on it in 3 years and was convinced I would never be able to I was thinking about trading in my 2012 RDX, but was concerned that I had put 92,000 miles on it in 3 years and was convinced I would never be able to trade it in and have the remaining balance of $17,360.00 paid off from the dealer. I took a chance and contacted Alfredo Sierra to see If I could make a deal. I walked into the dealer and instantly fell in love with the showroom model they had of the new 2015 MDX with Technology package. (Black on Black). I had to have this vehicle. I am no stranger to ACURA since this would be my 4th vehicle that I would be purchasing. Alfredo was extremely attentive and helpful. He didn't play the typical dealer games. Fixed a challenging problem I started having my car serviced elsewhere to try to save money but after a couple of years of aggravation, I took my 2000 Acura Integra GSR back to P I started having my car serviced elsewhere to try to save money but after a couple of years of aggravation, I took my 2000 Acura Integra GSR back to Park Ave Acura. The final straw was when the engine started running rough and sluggish after service that did not even involve engine work. Poppy was very friendly and personable and very interested in figuring out what was going on with my car. She went above and beyond in working with me and the technician, Frank, to solve the problems and the service was performed at a very fair price. My 15 year Integra is now running about as well as I can remember it running and I am enjoying it again. Thank you Poppy! More
