Dan Shapiro is an excellent salesman and it felt like you were dealing with a friend. That is an experience I believe what everyone looks for. The staff members are great that I dealt with in both sales, finance and service and in a short period of time I drove away with the car I wanted, a 2015 MDX for a great price.
