When he didn't know an answer, he got back to me very quickly with the answer from his Svc dept. Next day was Sunday, they were closed. On Monday I drove out to the dealer, met Chris, we took a ride, car was great, he helped me with a trade in, and the finance guy Jim was very efficient and got me a rate better than my own bank....Chris was so professional and fun that any anxiousness one may feel going to a dealer will be gone once you chat with him for a few mins. He got me home in time for the MNF Jets game too. More
