When we arrived at the dealer, the car was EXACTLY as described, the price was EXACTLY what they said it was, and there were ZERO surprise, add-on charges. No BS. Friendly dealings, no pressure, facts, and they accepted my offer for the car, and we bought it. Out of town purchase We had searched for quite awhile looking for a Volvo XC90 and found a great one at Park Ave Acura. We live out of town so we contacted the dealership We had searched for quite awhile looking for a Volvo XC90 and found a great one at Park Ave Acura. We live out of town so we contacted the dealership all through email and had made plans to come test drive the vehicle. We were there about 2 hours and drive away with our Volvo after trading in our current vehicle. They took care of everything and really cared about us! We also had our 1.5 year old son with us who was very busy, and they offered coloring books, snacks, the play room, and even let him go up on the top floor and run around. Everything they did for us was very appreciated and I would highly recommend them! More

A few days ago, I picked up the car, and he was very helpful in every respect. There were no surprise add-on charges that someone "forgot" to mention or any other hassles, as had been the case with the last Acura I bought from a different dealership. Alfredo is a friendly and helpful guy, and very anxious to go the the extra mile. By the way this is my fifth Acura, and obviously I have been very happy with my ownership experiences. My new TLX is terrific. A great blend of sportiness and luxury. More
