I had an unusually complicated situation with the car I was trying to trade in and Nick was instrumental in helping me to get everything finalized. I was also very pleased with the way the finance manager handled the signing. Typically they try to hard sell you on all of the extended warranties and add ons but he simply explained them to me and did not try to push anything I didn't want.
