What can I say, Francine Barbieri was great to work with. I originally was dealing with another BMW dealership, who for some reason did not want my business. I first went onto the Park Ave BMW website and I originally was dealing with another BMW dealership, who for some reason did not want my business. I first went onto the Park Ave BMW website and was looking at their inventory. I then notice that they had a interactive chat feature on their site. So, I click on it and enter some basic information and within minutes I get a reply from a live salesperson, Francine. In our chat session we discussed what I was looking for and what my budget was. Francine was fantastic, she listen to my needs and got back to within a hour with options that she had available. All over the phone we discussed finances and she was able to make everything possible. This was on a Saturday, so I made arrangements to test drive the vehicle on Monday. I made the appointment and Francine had the vehicle ready when I arrived to test drive the vehicle. Car looked and drove fantastic, so I made arrangements to pick the vehicle a few days later. Francine was so knowledgeable of the vehicle and features and she spent so much time with my wife an myself to make sure we both were comfortable leaving the dealership with the vehicle.
