Just leased a new 5 series and I am extremely happy with the car and experience at park ave. My sales rep was Francine Barbieri. Stress free purchase. Park Ave's website is superior for the sole reason that you can see exactly what options are listed on the vehicles. The deal was negotiated completely through emails. No pressure at all. Once we agreed I simply came in and signed the paperwork. There were no surprises waiting for me when I got there. I was in the market for a luxury SUV. Francine Barbieri was a salesman at the Park Ave BMW where I met approximately 3 weeks ago. My plan was to test-drive the X3. Francine and Gregg convinced me to just was a salesman at the Park Ave BMW where I met approximately 3 weeks ago. My plan was to test-drive the X3. To my pleasant surprise, Francine was courteous, optimistic, and enthusiastic not to mention that he was extremely informative about the BMW X3. During my test-drive Francine continued to “wow” me with his plethora of knowledge and expertise of the X3. Once we sat in the X3, Francine continued educating us and as she mentioned earlier, “the car will speak for itself”. I loved the handling and performance immediately. After test-driving for approximately ½ hour with Francine sitting in the passenger seat pleasantly going over the mechanics, I was sold. If it were not for Francine's impeccable and knowledgeable salesmanship, and considering that I was sold on the Mercedez Benz, I may not have purchased the BMW X3. I could not buy vehicle on the same day when I took the test drive because of unavailability of color combinations. I told her what my dream color would be but vehicle need to be ordered. She helped me throughout the process and submitted the order immediately, including the exact interior seat color. The BMW X3 is far superior to the other compact luxury suv’s. Francine handled my paperwork flawlessly and when I picked the car up on Tuesday, May 21st, 2013, she took me through an intensive exercise. Gregg is Internet director at Park Ave BMW and he is one of the best person to deal with. He gave valuable inputs during my order and not to forget during car production period. Roger is finance manager and he is one the best finance manager to work with, as everyone know buying new car involves lot of transactions and financial documentations etc, he helped me with ease. Park ave gives the best competitive rates in the market and for this I will give Park Ave A++++++++. Keep up the good job guys!!!!! More

It is my pleasure to write this review on Larry Weiner at Park Ave BMW! In fact, one of the main reasons I stick with the BMW family of cars is because of the level of service I get with Larry. I am at the service center anywhere between 7-10 times a year with nails in my tires. Larry coordinates with my tire insurance company and I'm out in no time with not a dime out of pocket. If its going to be a while, he always makes sure I get a loaner car. Most importantly, Larry is a great guy! I have NEVER felt that he is pushing me to do unnecessary work just to benefit himself/BMW. If you have haven't been to the service center before, make sure you ask for Larry! More
