Great, Great, GREAT! We were looking for a specific BMW: a new M3 convertible in white. We were having a difficult time finding it until we searched autotrader.com and found the exact vehicle at Park Ave BM a new M3 convertible in white. We came to an agreement. We were taking a trip to NYC in the upcoming weekend and the dealership is only 20 minutes away from NYC. I took a cab there, bought the car and drove in home to Syracuse. Fantastic! I tried to get this car from the local BMW dealership. They didn't have any M3s in stock - few dealerships do. They tried over a week to get one from another dealer but they couldn't make it happen. Summer would be over before they could get the car. BMW USA doesn't give consumers a tool to search new inventory nationwide so we were also Google searching BMW dealerships in major cities without success. Park BMW lists their vehicles with autotrader.com so when we used that internet search tool we found the vehicle immediately, and within driving distance from us! We were extremely pleased with this dealership and the salesperson Francine. I would highly recommend them. More

Tom was very friendly and warm, and explained all the Financial options available to me. Once all the preliminaries where taken care of, Tom was very attentive and patient with my wife in explaining of the features of her new car. Park BMW has a new customer! I have dealt with Prestige BMW since 1994. I went to negotiate the trade in of my 2010 BMW 528Xi for a lease on a 2013 BMW 528Xi. From the minute I called Tom Nehme to ask about working a deal, PARK AVE BMW made the buying experience an EXCELLENT one. I went to PARK AVE BMW to work on my deal and I immediately met with Tom Nehme and Kurt Ancey (Sales Manager.) Tom Nehme and Kurt Ancey made sure I was happy with the deal I was getting, and believe me, I AM MORE THAN HAPPY! When I went in to fill out the credit application, Tom N. was off, but I was helped by Jesse Bowman. Jesse made sure I was in and out quickly. On the day that I picked my new BMW 528Xi up, Tom N. had an emergency and could not be there. Kurt Ancey helped me as soon as I walked in the door. He then had Tom Misciagna help me with delivering the vehicle. Tom Misciagna took the time to sit with me and explain all of the new features that this car had. Even though it was not his sale, Tom Misciagna took the time to help me out. What an amazing experience. I have to say that I am completely satisfied with this experience. The only reason we ended up buying the car at Park Ave BMW was 'Francine'. Whether over email, phone or in person, she was always trying to help us. She provided us with all the information needed, treated us with utmost respect and followed up on everything in a timely fashion. We had a brief and disappointing experience with another employee - Roger Pic. I would rather not say much on that experience except, we sorely missed respect and courtesy in the experience. Nevertheless, Francine's helpful, respectful and an overall 'Customer First' attitude more than made up for it. Overall I would recommend Park Ave BMW to my friends simply because of Francine. For the record this is my 5th X5, so I am very familiar with this vehicle.. I had a bad smell in my ventilation system for about a year and a half. I have been to two other dealerships over the past year t with this vehicle.. I had a bad smell in my ventilation system for about a year and a half. I have been to two other dealerships over the past year to attempt to locate and resolve the odor. None of which was successful. I went to Rich at Park Ave BMW which is an hour drive from my house. He first tried the traditional approach by disinfecting the vent system, that left me with a strong chemical odor that made using the AC or heat prohibitive. I called Rich back and he made the next available appointment for me. He took the car and made it his mission to resolve the odor. He was successful in finding the origination of the odor and curing it. Rich treated me and this problem with high priority and was the only service advisor is all the dealerships that took the time to get this done. I highly recommend Rich and Park Ave BMW. More

After researching convertibles online I requested online quotes for the differnt cars I was interested in. Francine was the only dealer that I could get all the information I wanted without being asked to c quotes for the differnt cars I was interested in. Only after negotiating all pricing over email and the phone and getting a better price than any other BMW dealer in the area did i go in to test drive and confirm the color of the car. I went in test drove the car closed the deal and it was cleaned up and ready for me in 2 hours. Being that I purchased the car on a Saturday and my insurance company was closed Fancine and Roger went out of thier way to ensure I drove my car home that day. I live half a mile from my previous BMW dealer but will only use Park Ave going forward. More

I cannot begin to describe how much of a help Francine was with the leasing of my new BMW 328xi. Right from the beginning, she made sure that I got everything I wanted and then some. Jeff Sherman was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the 2 cars I was interested. After we test drove both cars we spoke about each of them and I left the dealership feeling very comfortable and i about the 2 cars I was interested.
