I recently purchased a new BMW and had the best experience at Park Ave BMW with Aimon Altaai as my salesperson. He offers professionalism, service and valued honest opionions. He spent a lot of experience at Park Ave BMW with Aimon Altaai as my salesperson. He offers professionalism, service and valued honest opionions. He spent a lot of time with me and entertained many and various options, never losing patience nor his smile. I must've test driven half a dozen vehicles in my four visits with him. Never once did I feel pressured. Aimon is the ultimate salesperson. More
Stopped in for a minor repair without an appointment (reflector had dropped out of the bumper). Park Avenue replaced it while I waited with hardly question. This was interesting because there was a (reflector had dropped out of the bumper). Park Avenue replaced it while I waited with hardly question. This was interesting because there was a year old scratch on the bumper that made it look like I just hit something and the reflector popped out. This was not the case, however, and the Service Manager understood my explanation and fixed it no charge. The new service center is very comfortable as well. I was able to brows the web and check email from their terminals while I waited in the lounge. More
Laura, did an exemplary job of helping us surprise our daughter with her gift of a 328 Coupe, but did so in a way that she and everyone at the dealership appeared to genuinly care about this special reque daughter with her gift of a 328 Coupe, but did so in a way that she and everyone at the dealership appeared to genuinly care about this special request we asked of her. They were genuine and sincere. In addition, we ran into a problem after the car was ordered, and as it was my responsibility at that point, Laura and the sales manager Greg Berkowitz not only changed my car, but did so in a way that did not embarrass me , and they always made me feel like a valued customer. In my opinion, everyone at Park Avenue Motors went well beyond what is typical, and did so with a genuine and believable sense of customer satisfaction. I have purchased many cars (Mercedes, Lexus, Saab.among others) and this was the most pleasant and much appreciated experience I have ever had in my years purchasing automobiles, or anything else for that matter. Laura Fitzgerald is GREAT to work with. I spoke to 3 other dealers in the area and no one was as knowledgable as Laura. The easiest, most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Ms. Fitzgerald led off with her best price. There was no high pressure selling, no haggling. Park Avenue's quote for my new X5 was several ever had. Ms. Fitzgerald led off with her best price. There was no high pressure selling, no haggling. Park Avenue's quote for my new X5 was several hundred dollars lower than any price quote I had been given in New York. Since we didn't have to waste time dickering over the price, we were able to concentrate on an explanation of the car's many features. Ms. Fitzgerald spent a good half hour with me, going over the X5's controls and explaining the function of each. VERY helpful. Each step of the buying process was made as easy and convenient as it could be. I've already recommended Park Avenue BMW to both friends and relatives. More
This is an amazing story and for all the people that know me - this could have only happened to me! I recently purchased a 528i. This is my 4th car that I bought from Park Ave and was always very pleased wi me - this could have only happened to me! I recently purchased a 528i. This is my 4th car that I bought from Park Ave and was always very pleased with the sales/service department. I noticed that my oil light was coming on so Jeff F. in service (he is wonderful) told me to just stop in and because the car is new sometimes it burns oil in the beginning. I go on the internet to see if the service dept was going to be open on Monday (Memorial Day)I clicked on the new facility a pop up came up stating open Saturday and Mondy 9 - 5. But did not specify that it was for sales/service and it did not say SERVICE WAS CLOSED. So it was a beautiful morning and I said let me go get my oil then I will go shopping before I have company. So I drive to the new building (I have been there before) and I pull up to the garage door and it opens automatically like always and I pull in and the garage door closes behind me. I said to myself gee how come no one is sitting at the desks in the garage? All of the lights were on in the lobby and the TV's. So I get out of my car and I scream "HELLO" no answer. I go and walk into the lobby no one!! OK so I say to myself "Service is closed" and now I am stuck in this building and I can't get out. WHAT THE HELL? So now I get back in my car and drive forward to the back garage door to see is it has a sensor that the door will open - nothing. I drive in reverse to the door that I came in at - nothing. Now I am starting to get really scared. I called one of my friends that works at BMW he didn't pick up. So I said to myself should I call the police? But if I do that they might think that I am robbing the place and tell me to come out with my hands up, lol. So I get out of the car again and walk to the panel that is by the garage door and I see a button that says "UP" so I hit it and the garage door opens and I pull out like a bat outta hell!! I see that the garage door didn't close. I said I have to tell someone so I drive to Park Ave Sales and I go and tell my Salesman (Dan Kenny). He contacts the GM - Wayne Carenza and they go to the building and lock it down. So the next day I call Wayne Carenza on the phone to tell him what happened (no one contacted me). You would think that someone would have called to ask if I was ok or thank you for alerting someone (NO). So while I was talking to Mr. Carenza on the phone I had told him that my car got keyed so bad and I was so upset about it. He said to me that's terrible I will contact Jeff F. in service and tell hime that I said "I WILL TAKE CARE OF IT FOR YOU". Now can someone give me there opionion on what that phrase means? My assumption is that he is going to pay for it. RIGHT? I kept thanking him and he said oh thats the least I can do because if you didn't let someone know that the garage was open we would have had more problems. I send Jeff F. an email stating that Wayne Carenza is going to be calling him to let him know that he needs to setup an appointment to get my car fixed. Jeff calls me in the afternoon and says to me that he spoke to Mr. Carenza and he didn't mean that he was going to pay to fix it. HE MEANT THAT JEFF SHOULD GIVE ME A DISCOUNT ON FIXING THE CAR!!!!!!!!!!!! I said to Jeff that is a lie. I call Mr. Caranza back and ask him what Jeff is talking about? He states that he said to me "I WILL HELP WITH THE COST OF THE REPAIR" so I say to him - why the hell would I thank you for that? I know people that fix cars. I can get it fixed without your help. So he said that I just "ASSUMED" that he was going to fix the car. So we were going back and forth and he said to me I will call my body shop to see how much it costs and get back to you in a few minutes. Well that was yesterday and he still did not call back. So now my retaliation will be: I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER BMW FROM PARK AVE. I WILL NEVER GO TO THERE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AGAIN. I WILL GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP EVEN IF I HAVE TO DRIVE AN HOUR AWAY! I WILL WRITE A LETTER TO THE OWNER AND I WILL WRITE A LETTER TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE. The moral to this story is that I am an executive and our company stives on customer service. It is the #1 key to business thats why even in this economy we have a strong business. If I have an unhappy customer I make sure that I go out of my way to fix the problem and make them happy. I am extremely upset about the hole situation and I hate that he lied. I can afford to fix my own car - its the principle. More

After learning that my 335i convertible had a flat tire, I was less than thrilled knowing I would have to visit the service center to have it replaced. I had seen billboards and received mailers advertizing I was less than thrilled knowing I would have to visit the service center to have it replaced. I had seen billboards and received mailers advertizing Park Avenue’s new service facility, and initially thought it would be out of the way. To my surprise, the new service center was even more conveniently located than the previous center, right off of route 80. When I arrived, I pulled my car through an automatic garage door (very impressive). Before I could even step out of the vehicle, Jeff was already at my door ready to take down my information on a portable tablet. He then escorted me to the waiting area. I anticipated skimming through magazines while I waited for my car and was completely shocked to see that the waiting area (more of a lounge really) had computer desks with a printer and fax machine, several flat screen TVs which each featured a different channel and even a security camera which allowed me to view the entire service facility – and catch a glimpse of my car every so often! While I was waiting, I was able to complete several tasks for work, and even print and fax copies to my office (definitely a time saver). Jeff checked in with me occasionally to give me updates and even offered me a snack and beverage. When my car was finished, Jeff had already prepared all of the paper work and brought it to me in the waiting area. Before I even had to mention that I purchased the tire warranty (DEFINITELY worth it, by the way), Jeff had already looked up my history, contacted the insurance company, filed the claim and received the payment – no money out of my pocket! In addition to the new facility being absolutely breathtaking, Jeff’s attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and overall friendly personality made this experience thoroughly enjoyable. I would highly recommend visiting Park Avenue’s new service facility, and when you do, make sure you ask for Jeff. More
I know all 5s for ratings seem a bit suspect, but do hear me out: 1. I purchased a 2009 335i for European Delivery. While ED is getting much more popular, it's still a bit out of the ordinary, has additi me out: 1. I purchased a 2009 335i for European Delivery. While ED is getting much more popular, it's still a bit out of the ordinary, has additional paperwork and procedures, etc. This was my second ED so I knew how they work, but still I was very pleased with Laura's prompt handling of the paperwork and its accuracy. Obviously this is paramount since each ED vehicle is custom build as you pick it up in Munich. Also, the M Sports Package (ZMP) becamse available *after* I placed my order but well before delivery. Laura was fantastic getting the order changed (I added this package instead of the regular sports package and changed the color scheme) and making sure everything was in order... sure, customers should expect good service from their BMW dealers, but it's nice when they deliver, and Laura delivers with a smile. 2. Dodgy sales tactics, pressures. Basically, there was none. Each buyer is different of course; I'm fairly experienced and knew exactly what I wanted (I didn't even need a test drive). I felt Laura and the dealership detected this so there were no hard sales tactics, pressures, schemes, etc. I like that. I don't know what it is, but BMW dealerships around New York seem to have a large number of car meathead types ("awww, you'z need to get this or that") which I can't stand. It was a pleasure working with Laura because it was all business... confirm the pricing, fill out the purchase order, make sure everything was in order for ED, follow up on delivery. 3. And speaking of pricing, I felt these guys were the most aggressive. There were other dealerships in the same price territory (you get a nominal discount for ED cars) but I felt Park Ave and Laura "wanted" to close the deal and they agreed to best pricing earliest. I also feel like they didn't try to jam me with silly fees or ridiculous paint protect or other typical dealer tricks... sure there are fees, but Laura was upfront and transparent about pricing. I like that. So my purchase experience was fairly straightforward since I knew exactly what I wanted, but ED and a package/color change made it a bit more difficult. I feel my CA is honest, professional, detail-oriented, and a pleasure to deal with. And cute. If you're interested in ED and want aggressive/transparent pricing, do your homework and definitely give these guys a look. More
