I've read the review below and it sounds like the gentleman's issue was more with the cost of maintenance of the car at the specific dealer, rather than with Eric as a representative. I've had some unexpected costs come up before as well, but I look at it as the name of the game when it comes to owning higher-maintenance cars like BMW. More

If there is anything wrong with the car he will fix it with no issue, if there is a problem you missed but he noticed he will make sure it is repaired. Claudio is always looking out for you're best interest and make sure everything is completed top notch. I would only expect service like this from a white glove company like Rolls Royce.
