I have been going to this Acura Service Dept since I purchased my vehicle in March 2010. I've dealt with various technican but I've mostly dealt with Kristen Bruno and Marrietta (I do not know her last purchased my vehicle in March 2010. I've dealt with various technican but I've mostly dealt with Kristen Bruno and Marrietta (I do not know her last name) at the Park Avenue Acura in Maywood, NJ. The both of them are "EXCEPTIONALLY" GREAT people to deal with. Everytime I go they are the most friendliest people I've known (especially here in the northern area most people are just rude) but the both of them are no way near rude. They have almost been patient with me (because I am very paranoid) when it comes to my car and needing something. I broke down on the highway in the past with a totally different vehicle but they take the time to listen to what you have to say nevertheless and they try to accomodate you the best that they can. The prices are a little high since this is my first time owning a Acura SUV but I guess that is to be expected in this lifetime. I can only suggest maybe they should try to provide some coupons online or in the mail to help with service pricing. I think that Marrietta and Kristen Bruno deserves to be recognized for this review especially because I do believe in giving credit when credit is due and just know that they were the 2 chosen ones for their positions and they've certainly proven themselves in the "CUSTOMER SERVICE WORLD". Of course, we hear all the bad things and take most of our time to complain but in case I would like to take this time to say they are the "BEST"... including the service mechanics and techicians. If I ever get an opportunity to buy another Acura it will definitely be here at "Park Avenue Acura". Thank You for taking the time to read my review because it is all true. Overall service was outstanding. As soon as I pulled into the dealership, I was serviced right away. The facility was comfortable to wait inside of and they had loaner cars available (BONUS!, as I've experie the dealership, I was serviced right away. The facility was comfortable to wait inside of and they had loaner cars available (BONUS!, as I've experienced another dealership telling me that I would have to wait until July for a loaner :/) If you choose not to take a loaner, you have the option of being shuttled to and from the Garden State Plaza Mall. Even when being shuttled, I was picked up immediately after placing my call for pick-up. Although this dealership is a distance from my home, I would much rather take the drive than deal with the hassles that I have experienced at other BMW dealerships. More

I have been using Park Avenue for service for about two years after leaving my last dealer (Prestige) because their service process was so cumbersome. Just posted at google plus: Between me and my wife we're now on our sixth BMW in the past fifteen years. During that entire time I've had it serviced at Park Ave. BMW and over the past six or seven ye we're now on our sixth BMW in the past fifteen years. During that entire time I've had it serviced at Park Ave. BMW and over the past six or seven years I've had the pleasure of working with Larry Weiner. Larry is the first and only auto service rep who has genuinely made me feel like he's got my back. In this part of our lives I don't think anyone ever feels that they're rep "has their back" so it's a great compliment to Larry and the guys at Park Ave. BMW that they're able to sincerely convey that feeling. It's all more than courtesy and words of course: They get the job done and their response to any issue is that they'll take care of it. There's never any question that they'll do the right thing for the customer. In a world where firms strive for customer satisfaction but rarely achieve it completely Park Ave. BMW never fails to meet and exceed my expectations. More
