We completed a new lease on a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude yesterday. We started working with Luis Heredia and Tony "Taco" Mendez via phone and text before coming into the showroom. First and foremost, they took all the time to make sure I was well informed regarding my options, as we wanted to see the numbers for both a lease and purchase options. Both were friendly and accommodating with little to no delay in their availability and responses. Once we were comfortable with the initial numbers, we brought our trade up to finalize all the details. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by Luis who had all the deal itemization completed for my review. I had some additional questions and Will Houston, the Finance Manager, was more than willing to come out and talk with me to ensure I had all the information to make my decision. Will continue to be involved throughout the process and was willing to make sure that all my concerns were addressed. To finish up the required paperwork to get me back to finance to sign the paperwork, Luis brought in Jose Fernandez to ensure that anything I may not understand about the documents or car was explained. At the end of the day, we leased our new vehicle. Overall, the service, commitment, and attention to detail by all members of the Uptown team was exceptional. They are committed to service excellence by taking the time to "understand" that leasing or buying a new car is just not one thing or another (payment versus term versus rate versus cost, etc.). I am very analytical and need to have all the information to make an informed decision. Not once did they pressure me one way or another. They guided me when I had questions and even addressed my concerns with service from the other dealership's reviews before the team took over. I highly recommend any of these professionals and commend the Uptown management team on focusing on the pillars of any successful business (Trust, Responsibility, Service). Don't let the past influence your decisions to give them the opportunity they deserve. More
