Park Ford

We took our 2021 Lincoln Corsair to Park Ford. We were having problems with the RR Tire Pressure Sensor System and our vehicle was displaying no pressure reading for that wheel. We had previousl We were having problems with the RR Tire Pressure Sensor System and our vehicle was displaying no pressure reading for that wheel. We had previously worked with a different Ford dealership and they did not resolve the issue. That dealership said that they could not resolve the problem even though we provided photos of the insturment cluster that showed no reading on the RR tire. Larry, our service advisor at Park Ford, took excellent car of our car and was great to work with. Sensor replaced under our extended service plan and a full oil service and inspection was completed under our prepaid maintenance plan. Car was returned to us quickly and my wife and I were very pleased. Larry was GREAT and we noted that Kolton was listed as the tech on our work order. Park Ford Service is very customer focused. Everyone we met on the Park Team was very cordial. Great place to do business. Nice to be valued as a customer. Highly recommended! More
