They also provide up front an excellent full document package via email of photos, carfax, service history, and on-site vehicle inspection for the vehicle I was interested in. I'm 4 hours away, but they had a used vehicle I had been searching for and after the initial discussion over email I made the drive up on the weekend, they evaluated my trade in person, adjusted numbers as needed, and made the overall process quick and painless. I really appreciate it, as I've bought and sold numerous cars over the years and this experience was definitely in the top two that come to mind over the last 15 years. Also a special thanks to Germaine who was also involved once I was at the dealer. Note: Unlike most dealers, you do not get shuffled off to a finance closet to finish the deal and purchase. You work with the same sales representative at the same desk and they show you options on their computer screen and take any paperwork back to finance or managers for approval then bring everything to you which needs to be signed.
