A great car buying experience! I recently purchased a used Volvo from Park Place and cannot say enough good things about Park Place and the service I received from Jim Birdsong. I recently purchased a used Volvo from Park Place and cannot say enough good things about Park Place and the service I received from Jim Birdsong. I have been looking for a used Volvo for some time and found one at Park Place that was exactly what I had been looking for. Not wanting to miss the opportunity to see the car (and being from out of town) I quickly reached out to Park Place and was put in touch with Jim. As the photos were not yet available online, Jim went and took photos with his phone so I could see the car and also walked me through all the features answering all my questions and making me very comfortable that it was indeed what I had been looking for. I was hesitant to buy the car sight-unseen but Jim assured me of the quality of the vehicle and was he ever right. I put a deposit down and drove to Dallas the following weekend and the car was in perfect condition - better than I could have imagined. I arrived at the dealership a little earlier than we had planned and Jim was out front, personally checking over the vehicle and making sure it had been thoroughly detailed. Talk about SERVICE! The buying experience itself was very easy and we were out of there with my new car in about 45 minutes (after a quick test drive and some paperwork). A huge thanks to Jim and the Park Place team for making this whole experience so easy and enjoyable! More

Low pressure, at ease, when buying a new vehicle I had researched vehicles for about a year before stepping foot in a dealership. I have been a loyal customer to another local dealer, but they do not I had researched vehicles for about a year before stepping foot in a dealership. I have been a loyal customer to another local dealer, but they do not have Volvo in their portfolio. The relationship with the dealership has become important to me as I mature, and in fact, on my last purchase, I changed the car I bought to be able to stick with the dealership. All that to say, working with Joe and Jim at Park Place was a great experience. Joe spent a good amount of time with me explaining the ins and outs of the Volvo, Volvo philosophy and history, and Park Place value proposition. He explained how the team is onboarded, to make sure customers receive the best experience. Joe was on a planned vacation the next week, but connected me with Jim. Jim was easy to work with, and really feel like he worked hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted. He's very personable, and funny. By the time I left the dealership, I felt very comfortable, and am glad with my decision of changing dealerships, thanks to Joe and Jim. More
