I did most of my research online, so I already knew that I was interested in the Volvo S60 when I arrived at Park Place Volvo. After test driving the vehicle and after hearing about the advantages Park Place Volvo offered over other dealerships I was convinced the S60 was the car for me and Park Place was the best place to buy it. As we began to discuss details and pricing, I noticed a brochure on Roy's desk about the Volvo Overseas Delivery Program. With this option, the buyer is offered a free trip to Sweden to take delivery at the Volvo factory! The overseas delivery price was competitive with the price offered locally, so I opted to take advantage of this program for the additional travel benefits. I was then introduced to Germaine Ambres, internet sales associate and the Park Place contact for this program. Over the next few weeks, Roy and Germaine worked together to complete the sale and make the arrangements for overseas delivery. When it came time to make the financial arrangements, I had the pleasure of working with Dave Gibbs, who explained various options without putting any pressure on me for the sale. I purchased the 84mo/75k miles extended warranty. I found every visit to Park Place to be pleasant, if not fun. And I received only the best customer service. I can't wait to pick up my car next month in Sweden! More

I have been a Volvo collector for thirty years and have purchased many for my young drivers in the family. I have a large family so this has meant a lot of Volvos! I do all of my own repairs but count on Mariette Picca at Park Place Volvo to let me know when a good used Volvo comes along. I have bought several from Mariette over the years because she is extremely organized and always well-prepared for my visit to the dealership. She knows that I am an engineer that loves efficency...we never waste time when looking at cars! Mariette is one those rare people that combines a friendly, welcoming personality with a professional frame of mind to get an automobile purchase done timely and right. I highly recommend her! More

I came in only knowing a model and Conrad sent me a couple ideas. I fell in love with the C70 celestial blue but the bumper was seriously damaged.
