It was my first experience buying a vehicle "all by myself". Our Ford F150 was loosing transmission fluid. Took it to a local service center. They found a suspicious loose lug nut. Were ready to do more but they said they could not do the work because they did not a local service center. They found a suspicious loose lug nut. Were ready to do more but they said they could not do the work because they did not have the proper equipment. We called David Parker and told him the problem and he said "bring it right in" . Which we did and was immediatly taken into the service area and the truck was looked at. It was determined that it was still under warrenty. It was also determined that the recall for the door latch needed to be preformed. I had been told by another dealership not to worry about it unless it broke. Davids people said not true. Also the FORD insignia had come off of the tail gait. When they saw that it was also taken care of. It was impossible to do this while we were waiting so they gave us a car to drive home. Then when the work was done they delivered our truck to our driveway. This is not the first time we have been treated very well at Parkers. And I can assure you it won't be the last. More
The dealership staff was very friendly: Ron welcomed us immediately on our arrival, and Nick also took time to talk to us (it was his day off and he just happened to stop in for some other business). Ron offered us a test drive right away, no pressure applied. While negotiating the trade-in value, Ron was direct with us, didn't play any games and actually made an effort to get us a good trade-in. (The trade vehicle was spectacular and merited the price that we asked, and Ron recognized it would be an easy vehicle to resell.) Jill got us a good deal on financing and explained what she was doing as she worked with the lenders. We commented to both Ron and Jill how pleasant the experience was because it was so different from other dealerships that we've worked with; Jill explained that Parker tries hard not to be the typical dealer. I think they are succeeding in making themselves stand out as an exceptional dealership. More

We would like to really offer our sincere thanks to the entire staff involved in the purchase of our new 2011 Expedition on the 14th of December. It was an experience second to none for us having over our entire staff involved in the purchase of our new 2011 Expedition on the 14th of December. It was an experience second to none for us having over our life time made so many auto and truck purchases that they cannot be counted. Everyone involved in this purchase displayed the highest professional attitude and attention to our needs from my first internet request for information on inventory that seemed to meet our requirements to the goodbye’s as we departed with our new purchase. I really want to compliment the very first person with your firm for her very kind and rapid response to my request for information, Wendy Holzchuh as well as all follow-up with other concerns related to the vehicle. I had decided to either sell and replace or trade my 2006 Expedition and had sent out several request throughout western Kentucky to Ford dealers regarding their inventory that I felt would meet my needs for replacement. Wendy was by far the most prompt, courteous, and professional of all respondents with everything requested being answered. We visited several of the other dealers and got pricing as well but were by no means treated in any way close to as we were when we arrived at Parker Ford. Just as I like to make my purchases, we were given the bottom line price and later the options that I requested on trade in value or cash down purchase with no questions or any back and forth discussions, just the way it should be. As we were waiting for finalization on trade value I went to your service department to evaluate what I saw there as to me this is a very good indication on how you will be treated as a customer with service request and needs. The entire organization seemed very good, neat, and clean appearing, a department you can be proud of. To finalize, from our first phone contact with Wende and throughout the business end with Eric and Wende’s introductions to your service coordinator and manager were really impressed with our experience, one if not the best I have ever encountered in the overall transaction of purchasing a vehicle, Thanks again to the entire staff at Parker for your concerns and professionalism. im 15 and my parents decided it was time for me to get a car. (of course the price had to be right) and we had some very bad encounters with sleezy salesmen and terrible cars. Wende went out of her way to make our car-buying experience a positive one. She gave us the freedom to look over & drive many vehicles without hovering over us. After collecting a stack of 22 business cards from used car dealers all over west TN, northern MS, and KY, we were able to make an incredible deal at Parker Ford. We would recommend them to anyone, and make the two hour drive up there again ourselves when we need another vehicle. More
