Changed my mind about Parker Subaru This would be my third vehicle purchased from Parker Subaru. The first two times were not the best experiences I have had. Told myself I would never d This would be my third vehicle purchased from Parker Subaru. The first two times were not the best experiences I have had. Told myself I would never do business with them again! I decided to give them one more shot and I did. Went in Friday night and I was introduced to a guy who walked up with a beautiful smile. Asked me for mine name and gave me a firm hand shake! Thought to myself "this is a guy who is going to take good care of me". Noticed a car that caught my eye and we went for a ride. Next thing I know we are talking numbers and making things happen. He really took good care of me and made sure what we were doing was in my best interest. Unfortunately we couldn't get the deal to happen that night so I had to come in the next day. When I came in after waiting for a bit he was able to get me a better deal on trade in for my vehcile! I'm very happy with this experience and wish I had gotten this same experience when I first visited Parker Subaru. Because of this I will continue my business with this dealer and I will let other know how well I was taken care of. Thank you for doing what you have done for me! More

I never once felt pushed or pressured but absolutely felt knowledgeable about the Ascent and had all my questions sufficiently addressed. No pressure to purchase that day (and we didn’t as we like to sleep on things). He clearly focuses on helping not selling. Highly recommend him for anyone considering a Subaru. They are phenomenal cars (I have owned several) and Parker took amazing care of us. More

Best car buying experience in my long life! This was the third time in my lifetime that I was relegated to buying a new car by myself. My husband seems to have new car phobia, so I end up as a single (now old) female in a showroom. This is the first time that I have been recognized and waited on immediately. Brett Carlson greeted me within two steps of the front door. He answered my questions, found the perfect outback, let me test drive and most importantly, ignored my initial get-it-over-with attitude. He treated me with respect even though I could not have a conversation about engines, drive trains, or chassis. Somehow, Brett managed to send me home in a couple of hours with the car of my dreams and even kept my "old" Subaru to wash it for me. Great experience. Thanks, Brett. More
