Significant lack of communication. Originally, took the vehicle in for suspension noise. They diagnosed it that morning as a CV axle and was told since the part was in stock the car would be available end of day, possibly tomorrow morning at the latest. Two days later, there is still no correspondence from the service team. When I called, I was told my Buick Enclave was available, but the suspension noise was improved but still there and further diagnosis identified a bad front left strut. I turned down the repair and took the vehicle back expecting the noise to be improved, which is wasn't at all. Have called back the service team three times asking to discuss the issue and the misdiagnosis, but I have received no communication back. Pretty disappointing. More

Don’t go to Park’s GMC for service! !! I took my truck back for transmission check from a previous service and tire rotation. At 2:00 pm on the 3rd day of the service dept having it; I !! I took my truck back for transmission check from a previous service and tire rotation. At 2:00 pm on the 3rd day of the service dept having it; I still had not heard anything from the service dept. So, I called them and after a 25 minute wait on hold the phone system hung up on me. So , I called back and ask the receptionist to have the service dept. call me. I waited 2 hours and no response. So, I called back one more time and service advisor told the transmission checked out ok and it was ready for pick up. I told service advisor I would be there on Monday morning to pickup . I arrived at 12:00 on Monday to pickup. Took service dept 10 minutes to find paperwork on my truck for me to pickup and pay for tire rotation. They pulled truck around and give me the keys to someone else’s truck. I could have drove home with someone else’s truck and they would have never known until the owner came back for it !!! When I discovered it was the wrong truck, it took another 5 minutes to find the keys to my truck. I left the dealership and drove 1 hour home because I don’t leave in Greenville. When I got home and checked the tires the dealership had not rotated the tires which I requested when I dropped it off and paid for. Called service dept. back and they agreed that the service was not performed. I asked and received a refund. I also asked the service tech to have the service mgr to call me. “ Crickets” , for 2 more days, no phone call. I then called the service manager and where I explained the entire ordeal. Service manager basically stated he was sorry but didn’t know how the forgot to rotate the tires but didn’t seem to care about the completely poor customer service I received or had any empathy for the poor service and how they gave me some else’s truck. The Park’s Promise you have to listen too while you are on hold really means nothing that’s just a bunch of carp. I had to pay $ 1000 for a transmission flush on the previous service on a Truck I bought new from them and now only has 32,000 miles on it. I used to think it was a good dealership but not anymore. Beware! More

The worst customer service! The managers are a joke! Bought 25th Anniversary Edition Yukon Denali. The Blacked Out Parts were not on the car when purchased. Was told could keep the chrome parts and the black parts when they arrived……Dealership took chrome parts off 2 months later, refuse to return them & have yet to receive all the black parts. Joe & Jason (the managers) have yet to return calls. Had no problem returning calls when we were spending $96,000 at their dealership or when they were calling me at work, begging for a good review! Ha! The place is a joke! I’m embarrassed to be driving around in a GMC now. More
