Service here is always good but this time the pickup process was especially frustrating and unprofessional. A third was staring at her computer screen. They all saw me, but no one made a move for almost five minutes to see what I needed. Not exactly what I would call "customer focused." More

Richard was a great service contact in service. He was great at keeping me posted on the service of my 2020 Encore GX. Unfortunately Parks has a “Miscellaneous” fee of $15 for every service i He was great at keeping me posted on the service of my 2020 Encore GX. Unfortunately Parks has a “Miscellaneous” fee of $15 for every service invoice. Frankly this is a garbage fee which is not advertised in the quotes for service. As an owner of 2 late model Buicks I will take my service elsewhere. This is a fee that has no justification and puts service folks and cashiers in a terrible position of trying to explain the unexplainable. Leadership of Parks need to own this and drop it! More
