AWFUL We bought a brand new 2019 GMC Acadia. The night we drive it home we noticed the headlights were very dim. After a week of trying to convince them tha We bought a brand new 2019 GMC Acadia. The night we drive it home we noticed the headlights were very dim. After a week of trying to convince them that there was an issue they agreed to change the lightbulbs but ignored our other concerns. We took the vehicle to another GMC dealership and they finally listened to us and saw burns and water inside the headlight assembly. The managers at Parks GMC made us feel like we were incompetent and the rest of the staff clearly had an issue with us based on the stares and mumbling under their breath. More

Really nice people, and really good work at a good price. These guys took me right in. We were going on vacation the next day and the car wouldn't start correctly. Had trouble getting started and when it di These guys took me right in. We were going on vacation the next day and the car wouldn't start correctly. Had trouble getting started and when it did, half the gauges wouldn't work, and neither did the power windows. When I got to Sitton, they took me right in, changed the battery and alternator and I was out in about 2 hours. Amazing! Even got to talk football with Jonathan one of the service reps. Actually enjoyed the visit to have my car serviced. You don't get to say that very often. Would give xxxxxxto my service rep who stayed on top of my issue but can't remember his name. Another service tech checked me out, long hair, nice guy, when my rep went to lunch so that I wouldn't have to wait for him to get back. The receptionist even lent me her charging port for my phone and one of the service techs lent me his cable so I could charge my phone. Great group of people over there. I'll be back More
